Had dirty bowels, asked for new ones , bought out new ones, they were dirty! When told staff, didn't seem to care. This was Monday Dec 11th 2023 8ish. Little disappointed.

This was my second stay at this location and I was very pleased both times. The staff(front desk) greeted everyone as the entered the door, my room was excellent, very clean and I love the decor in the hotel. My #1 choice of stay for this area.

Only complaint was poor (no) lighting in the parking lot or entrance to parking lot.
Clean and comfortable. Great location for airport stay night before.

Staff are wonderful and helpful.
It’s unfortunate that some guests are messy. The pool area had kids snacks all over the ground.
Maybe a no food policy around the pool if there isn’t one already.

Nice customer service at the front desk. Lobby was nicely decorated, clean and welcoming. They have a Starbucks and a bar in the lobby.

Nice place to stay the night. Everything is close and great places to eat close by. Right next to Meijer so that is convenient. Nice pool and the room was clean and nice.
