I’ll keep it short. No wifi at New Year’s Eve and 2 days after. An outage for the whole hotel. I went downstairs and asked for housekeeping that day while I was out. They said yes. Housekeeping never came. It was awful and the hotel is usually good

We stayed 7 days and never had any housekeeping services. Even after asking it was not done. The furniture was soiled and the condition was run down. I am sure there are much nicer places to stay for the amount we paid. The front desk staff were okay but also did not do anything to help us.

Had issues with room. The refrigerator rattled all night. The smoke detector light blinked intermittently illuminating the room from midnight til morning. ( and unfortunately, someones car alarm went off every hour - not the hotels fault but they do ask for your auto information and probably could have found out who's it was) I called the front desk and was told I'd have to wait til morning and talk to management about my displeasure, great. ( however the night mgr probably couldn't address it anyway) I told the morning desk manager and he just said sorry, I 'll have someone look into it...we left.

The hotel was clean, the room was also clean with a very comfortable bed. Shawn and Aliana ( I know this is probably incorrect!) were both above and beyond friendly and helpful to my extended family that were all staying for my nieces wedding! We had a wonderful weekend!

The room was ok but there was no phone in the room and the internet did not work. I had problem checking in.

Property has many amenities such as free breakfast, pool, basketball court, exercise room. Many eateries surround the property. Have visited property often. Very satisfied.

Very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable beds,, clean rooms. Our only disappoin**ent was the breakfast

Delicious breakfast and dinner! Spacious rooms and a great variety of amenities (pool, fitness center, basketball court, laundry room, etc)
