芒特勞雷爾希爾頓逸林飯店(DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Mt. Laurel)

By looking at the reviews, i thought this hotel would have been a bit more up to date and nicer. But it was very very old, popcorn ceiling, 70's couches. We had a balcony but no chairs, so what's the point. If you book a room that includes free breakfast, you must tell the lady in the lobby restaurant because she just wants to take your money. She didn't even ask if people had breakfast included in their stay, she would just bring them a check if they didn't say anything. She was robbing people of their money. and when we did eat our free breakfast, she would just keep watching us eat and see what we get from the breakfast bar. Very yucky feeling. A/C was not powerful in the bedroom, My fridge smelled disgustingggg! Sink in room would not drain properly. Things i liked were the big dresser in the bedrooms, Beds were nice, and bathroom was nice and clean. Overall, we did not have a great experience. I was expecting a much better experience due to the reviews i saw.

It was awful. We booked here because of the indoor pool and to be able to have a suite. We found 3 or 4 live cockroaches in our room, the shower leaked and soaked out bathroom floor, and the pool was freezing cold. When we went to the front desk, they couldnt move our room to a comperable one until the last night of our stay. We will not be booking here again.

We loved the pool area. But we feel the staff could’ve been a bit kinder. We were traveling with kids and they didn’t seem that friendly. We had to ask for cookies rather than them offering them, but e have stayed in many double trees in the past and we have never had to ask. We also asked for a crib the first night for our infant son and we were told they didn’t have them. The next day I asked again and it was provided.

Up until 1am when we were forced to leave due to a faulty fire suppression system. Things were fine. After that they were no help ! We came up for my daughter's wedding . They wanted us to wait till 11am the next day to see if they would have a room for us. Which meant checking out of the other hotel with possibly no place to go or to prepare for the wedding. The manager was absolutey no help.

Stay was ok at best, there were no cleaning standards/procedures in place. I noticed the same trash, debris and hair around the pool area for 3day in a row. The chairs in the pool area ALL look dirty & old. Hot tub was COLD (staff said it was broken). Made a request to front desk about another issue I had and no one ever fixed the issue **Boils down to poor management to allow such low standards of cleanliness and customer service. Came here only for the kids to play in the pool…Won’t be back!!

It was okay, it was my daughter’s birthday and we went to the pool but it was so crowded that day and they didn’t let us use pool noodles I just bought. I called for room service twenty times and no answer. I would try a different hotel next time.

Was unable to check into my hotel. The hotel advised me that the reservation was cancelled by ******* and they had the wrong dates reserved. No available rooms due to a fire alarm issue. We had no where to stay and had to drive home.
