舒適套房飯店-近斯克蘭頓蒙太奇山(Comfort Suites Scranton Near Montage Mountain)

My kids loved the pool and game room! Breakfast was good in the morning, my husband enjoyed the pancake maker while the kids loved the waffles! The hotel was very clean and smelled clean as well! It was great having a 12pm check out also!

When we booked this room, we requested a crib/pack & play, which was listed as an available option at the location, for our 10 month old. When we arrived, we asked the staff about it and they said that’s not something they can supply us with. We were frustrated but made due with the situation. Fortunately we had a king-sized bed, but that was also not as comfortable as we hoped. You could feel the springs in your back… Had a few noisy people Breakfast was just okay, the hot food was kind of cold, even after bringing out the “fresh” batch.

Everything was good but the TV Cable ! We couldn’t watch a movie ! The cable went off many time during the viewing !

My stay was relaxing, however it was disrupted due to the Wi-fi being out for some reason. It wasn’t made clear to me why. I didn’t appreciate being told to call customer service myself. I wanted a decent place to spend a quiet night, not to spend hours on a phone with a customer service rep about the hotels Wi-Fi. Wi-Fi is major part of our lives today so It was slightly upsetting. Also, the toilet bowl under the seat and the base has not been cleaned. I don’t like to complain . I, myself was a housekeeper and this was clearly visibke filth. Overall the hotel was clean and almost all staff I had interacted with were friendly and helpful.

I was working a ski patrol clinic at Montage Mountain and stayed at the Comfort Suites for its closeness to the mountain. It was close to restaurants on Glenmaura for dinner. The free breakfast started my day before the clinic.

The room smelled very bad, like dirty gym clothes, the rug was dirty with a huge stain on it. The sofa in the room was very old and run down, did not feel comfortable sitting on it or walking in the room without shoes. The floor around the bathroom area was sticky. We booked for 2 nights, but we left after the first and checked into another hotel. Front desk staff was not helpful when I asked if we could check out early, said I would have to contact *******.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times I will say each time I stay it seems to be a little worse. It was a non smoking room but every time you walked in it smelled like smoke. The carpets were stained and there was white stain marks on the couch, I can only imagine what those were. The bed was okay, the tv kept going out. The vents in the bathroom seem to connect with the room next door so you can hear EVERYTHING going on in the bathroom.
