希爾頓花園旅館-匹茲堡機場(Hilton Garden Inn Pittsburgh Airport)

My only problem was the shuttle. I couldn’t find a phone number or address of the property. I called 411 for the Hilton Garden Hotel, was connected and the person said there was no shuttle. He suggested z-trip cab. it cost me $30 $5 tip. When in fact there was a free shuttle to MY hotel. You need to be able to distinguish the 2 Hilton’s better. I did get a free shuttle to the airport this morning. It was a genetic shuttle that stopped at a couple of hotels. Which is fine - had I known. $35 for a 2 mile ride to a hotel was out of sight expensive.

This Hotel was great. Super Fast Friendly Check In. It is Right next to the Airport our Room actually overlooked the Runway which was AWESOME. Loved getting to see the planes land and take off. Thank you to the girl who checked us in and put us in that room facing the Runway. Everything was clean. No complaints. Thank You So much will Definitely stay here again. Was only a 25 minute drive to the concert at Star Lake Pavilion.

The staff was quick and responsive to requests. The property is clean and efficient, and despite proximity to the airport, a plus for travel, it is also fairly quiet. They also provide easy transport to and from the airport. Great place to stay when traveling into and out of Pittsburgh.

Please understand this a most excellent hotel. (I have stayed there before) I had reservations to stay there 5/9 thru 5/11 but was unable to attend due to an emergency health concern. I was in Hospital for 6 days (5/6 thru 5/11 and was unable to make my flight to Pittsburg or stay in any hotel I did notify hotel but was stilled charged a no show fee.

Overall, a very good stay. Friendly and efficient staff, huge room, clean and well kept. Only downsides, a lumpy mattress and no complimentary breakfast.

We were checked in before we even arrived. Currently sitting on a delayed flight in ORD. Would at least like to have chosen our room and spoken to the hotel staff.

I was totally upset they changed my room workout notifying me and raised my price i would have argued but after driving 10 hours I felt like it would haven't dont any good. Didnt seem like management wasn't around and the young lady at the desk acted vey nonchalant like she couldn't correct it . It was clean. But i wouldn't pick them again because of how i was treated. Service is everything and i was treat like, " this is what you're getting take it or leave it. Even with my receipts amd reservation. It was almost like they did a bait and switch.
