Wi-Fi very very slow. Bed Sheet dirty:(

What we didn't like was that the shower didn't drain properly. The back glass door had a catch missing and did not lock. We reported it and the receptionist matter of factly responded, yes we know about that, it's going to be repaired. Girl on front desk was indifferent (cold) toward us made us wait at least 5 minutes whilst on the phone. These finding may sound hostile but we are not exaggerating. You have a wonderful hotel however, the receptionist needs more training on how to treat customers. She was on the phone when we arrived and made us wait at least 5 minutes while she chatted on the phone. When we checked out, there was no-one at the desk a man came out of the restaurant with a coffee in his hand and asked us if we were checking out and took our keys from us. The hotel cleaners do an immaculate job. The place was spotless.

Wonderful accommodation in Montville. Rooms are spacious, clean and have everything you could want for a relaxing stay. WI-FI isn't very strong but it's a good opportunity to disconnect. Super close to the main street of Montville, plenty of food options close by.

Great modern hotel, felt nice and spacious. We only stayed one night. The only downsides were a few maintenance issues one of them being half the jets in the hot tub didn’t work, and this was a bit of a let down as nothing was done rectify or compensate the issue after advising reception. However everything else was lovely including the breakfast for two delivered to our room.

The guest room was lovely. Your staff are lovely, BUT- 1. There was no fresh milk provided in the fridge- nor was long life milk, 2. Our room had the disability bathroom. The short water went everywhere and there was no mop to mop the water up, it was a slip hazard

First impressions were disappointing as the room was not ready on arrival as on check in the reception staff realised it had not been cleaned and the staff had been sent home. It was very noisy due to the main road in front of property. There was a sign on the restaurant that it was shut the night we were there (a public holiday however it was a regular trading night) a courtesy email of this prior would have been nice. A note to elderly or those who struggle with steps...was unable to enter the property from the main street front or side Reception door after hours, so my elderly Mum had to climb a lot more steps to the room from the rear. Once inside the room there were a few more steps but no support railing, so best to check about accessibility on the room you book. The second bedroom lacked light. The bathroom door had started to swell from moisture. The gas heating did work well and the bed was comfortable. Underwhelmed on the whole especially considering the cost.

A fantastic property that I would highly recommend. Staff couldn't be friendlier and I'd definitely stay again.

Loved our stay staff were so friendly and the breakfast platter is next level thank you.
