凱藝套房飯店(Quality Inn & Suites)

The mattresses on the beds swayed in the middle. Very uncomfortable. I asked for an extra blanket and the front desk person retrieved it from the laundry area. When I opened it up in my room there was a bed bug on it. This prompted me to closely inspect the beds. I found three more. I would have demanded a refund and left had I not booked through a third party.

This hotel was converted to a Quality Inn. It is very clean and in a good location, near restaurants. Bed comfy, four pillows. Good value for the money.

Quite, clean, liked it. Only issue for some is no vending

The property was clean and had all the expected amenities. The beds were uncomfortable and the area was very noisy. There were dogs barking most of the night. I would not stay at this property again.

The beds were iffy, staff was ok. It was nothing spectacular but could have been better

I was given a room that had broken refrigerator that previously leaked ( the rug showed signs of wetness).

Average for a quick overnite stop. Noticed the morning when we checked out thd dood to the room ( an outside door) didn’t actually lock when closed!
