The location is perfect, while being drunk from avenue de champagne you can walk home. It’s old and shabby, so don’t expect anything fancy at all. But it works, other options are either more expensive and less good location

One up from camping. Bed hard as rock. Pillows flat as a pancake. No sleep. Bad back. No facilities, no bar, no snacks, no food bathroom very good, clean, large shower. Wont stay here again.

Great staff. Nothing was a problem we asked for a kettle and extra pillows and we got them. Breakfast was good.
This is the best place to stay for champagne tasting. Short walk to 2 big champagne houses and then turn the other way and walk all the way down Avenue des Champagne with many tasting and beautiful buildings.

chambre trop exigue pour 3 lits simples . Peintures ecaillées . Pas de gobelets dans la salle d'eau . Aérateur de la salle de bain hs buée sur le miroir +++ . Bruits de canalisation lors de l'écoulement dans le lavabo . . .
séjour trè décevant . seul point positif : petit déjeuner correct

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location excellent. Free car park wS a bonus. The Hotel room was quite basic, no possibility to ventilate safely at night as opening was a door on ground floor. The downstairs rooms looked quite tired.

This is a bare bones accommodation but the location is amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful. A little TLC would go a long way to making this a more desirable destination in the amazing town of Epernay.

Halte très agréable à l'hôtel Kyriad, Epernay, .hôtel bien situé, à proximité des grandes avenues et sites à visiter. Notre chambre était au rez de chaussée, très calme et bien agencée. Salle de bain très fonctionnelle, un peu étroite cependant. Le petit déjeuner était copieux, il ne manquait rien !
