I recently stayed at this hotel, and I couldn't be happier! It’s perfectly located next to a station, making travel a breeze—10 out of 10 for convenience! The staff were friendly, and the amenities were great. If you’re looking for easy access to transport and a comfortable stay, this is the place to be!

不喜歡早餐，雞蛋不太好，培根太硬了，我不喜歡，而且第二天我的鑰匙也出了問題。但其他一切都很好

不幸的是不是很乾淨。我們的房間裡沒有玻璃杯或杯子，讓我們付水費。可能是我住過的最酒吧、最省力的旅行旅館。

工作人員非常友好，房間本身不是很乾淨，水槽漏水，廁所整晚都在咕嚕咕嚕地響，顯然沒有辦法，但位置意味著晚上很吵。

基本的。乾淨整潔。早餐自助服務還算可以接受。會考慮再住在這裡

It was ok.The room was clean, the bed was comfy. Good breakfast.

First. Greeting and check in... super friendly. Easy to check in one room st 12pm. Next room was cleaned by 3pm. (2 rooms booked) Asked to be neer each other... next door!!!! Perfect. Room. Paid £3 more for upgrade. Coffee machine and Kit Kats. WiFi. Free for 30mins. Well slow. So better off using data. 5G I area. Food. Went to geta burger... offers... £14 for 3 courses. Told by Neil, a really friendly server, ovens rubbish... can only make pizza. Veg pizza.. Good. Pepperami tasty. But a lot for price/amount/food hygiene report. Great hotel. Good location. Great staff.

Bathroom needs renovation; water pressure not ideal, no ventilation of any form in the shower or the room, the bathroom has rust in different places. Room had very little ventilation, outside the hotel was noisy at night but you can't close the window otherwise you will suffocate. I was planning to use this Travelodge for my business stays over the next year but I will be looking somewhere else for a better value.

毫無疑問，這是我住過的最糟糕的旅行旅館。到了之後他們找不到我的預訂資訊。我住在 108 號房間，非常髒。我從來沒有經歷過這樣的污垢！看起來好像液體被噴到了床邊的牆上。梳妝台周圍的牆壁和地毯上都是污漬。無法分辨是不是血，但地毯上濺滿了紅色/酒紅色的污漬。我沒有用顯微鏡，從房間另一端的門就能看到污漬。更糟的是，我不得不在凌晨 1:30 左右換房間，因為床頭板不斷發出咔噠聲。我等了又等，希望它停止，最後我屈服了，要求換房間。每隔 10/15 秒就會有一次咔噠聲......不知道是什麼原因造成的！換到另一個房間，那裡同樣髒，一片狼藉。總而言之，只要你穿著鞋，你就能生存下來，但即使你付錢給我，我也不會再住在這裡。

I am 74, I travelled to Birmingham on Netional Express. I arrived at the coach station and caught a bus closer to hotel, then walked toward Newhall Street. I walked up and down the street with a heavy bag for 30 minutes until I happened to notice Travelodge in a side street, Charlotte St. Why do you say it’s in Newhall St when clearly it is not. I have now found that you do put it in small print but that was no use to me - very disappointed!

Very friendly, helpful and informative staff, gave me directions straight to the utilita arena. Great location for the utilita and the icc.

The room was spacious and clean. plenty of room for the three of us! The bathroom was clean and had enough towels :) The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel was easy to find and breakfast was lovely
