Wonderful, clean, very nice.

We stayed in room 312 there was HUGE red stain in front of the sofa where two small ottoman's were placed to cover it up. We were four nights housekeeping never came and took our trash out. We also had to ask for fresh towels daily. For 650.00 I thought the service would be better. Also the elevator floor was not mopped the entire time we were there. The room needs some touch up with paint and repairs with light fixtures as well. I’m a rewards member and I normally stay in Auburn when I visit my family but this time I wanted to give Montgomery a try. Never again. The front desk people were friendly.

The halls and elevator were very dirty. They looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. The halls smell like sanitation. The room toilet backed up and the person at the front desk had the plunger waiting for me in a common area as of it was the norm. Strange hairs on the bed linens. I would never stay there again or recommend.

Our room was very dirty. The couch had multiple crusty white spots on it. The ottoman was covered in something so sticky that your shoe stuck to it. The bed skirts were also covered with some kind of spots. The "fitness room" was a closet with almost no equipment and the single treadmill didn't work.

Neat and clean. Night staff was pleasant. Well knowledge and helpful. Breakfast and cleaning staff were very attractive. Morning front desk attendant was lazy.

Hotel smells fresh and clean. Employees nice and professional. Room had someones left over left in the fridge. Corrosion in bathroom should be treated or items replaced. Its a good hotel overall.

I have been impressed by the cleanliness of this motel. And the staff have been very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again on our next trip through

Check in down stairs was wonderful easy breezy. He was a black male and worked until 11pm can’t remember his name
