They require you to call them before your stay where they very aggressively try to make you agree to do a tour of the property. When we were there, I woke up to find a huge cockroach on the bathroom sink. When I called the office about it, they did not apologize for the issues nor did they send housekeeping with the cleaning supplies I requested after they said they would.

L’unité que nous avions était près de la route principale et toujours un bruit de fond était présent. En matière de vaisselle les quantités étaient limitées ce qui force le nettoyage au lave-vaisselle après chaque repas. Les bbq mis à disposition sont propres et fonctionnent bien; cependant la puissance est nettement insuffisante pour saisir et cuire adéquatement les viandes. Enfin tous les lieux sont très propres et le personnel est courtois. L’insonorisation entre les étages est moyen. Nous avons tout de même eu un bon séjour.

O resort é muito bom e bonito. Lindo paisagismo.Nossas compras online foram guardadas gratuitamente, até nossa chegada. Os travesseiros eram duros e altos, o que atrapalhou um pouco nosso descanso. A lavanderia dentro do apartamento foi muito útil durante nossa estada. A equipe do Resort foi muito gentil e solícita. O freezer da geladeira não estava funcionando e eles a trocaram prontamente. Sentimos falta de uma duchinha acoplada ao chuveiro. Foi uma estada ótima. Recomendamos.

Bonne place, Condo très bien équipé. On a tout ce qu’on a besoin comme électroménager. Lit pas très confortable. Certains matelas devraient être remplacés. Bien aménagé pour personne à mobilité réduite.

The property was in good condition and my condo was clean and nice but it did not have an elevator , my room was on the second floor so I had to make a couple trips to get my luggage in. The check inn was upsetting because I was hit with unexpected fees, they charged me a resort fee of $33 per day and they charged a deposit fee of $250 which came off of my card immediately which could have been a disaster if I needed those funds, I missed the email that they sent saying that is their policy but it was only sent the day before I was to check in. Had I known about the resorts fees and no elevator I would have not booked this place and the last minute notice about the credit card deposit policy is bad business because trying to find last minute accommodations at a reasonable cost is almost impossible. Shame on you Exploria. I will not book there again.

The dishwasher was broken upon arrival, but maintenance arrived within an hour after calling and fixed it very quickly. Other than this there were no other concerns. I would definitely recommend staying at this property!

We loved it here at summer bay! We had a villa with full kitchen and 2 rooms and a sleeper sofa, it was perfect for our family of 5! They did try to get us to do a 90 minute timeshare presentation when we first checked in and we politely declined and had no isssues! Some of the outlets on our villa were loose so had to charge our items at different places but still worked fine! Nothing to complain about otherwise!

This is THE nastiest place I have ever stayed! Upon check in I was blown away how awful it smelt to start things off. It was hard to breath it smelt so bad of like mildew/mold. We then found a DIRTY sock in one of the beds (insert puke emoji) so we didn’t even use one of the beds. We got in late and didn’t look things fully over til morning. Then the real grossness was apparent. The floor is absolutely disgusting. Our feet were BLACK from walking on the carpet. Toenail clippings and crumbs on the floors. Food in the bottom of the garbage can. TONS of bugs in the bathrooms. Couches, floor/carpet and curtains stained and dirty. What looked to be mold around the windows with peeling paint from moisture on the walls, ceiling and windowsill. We also were parked the absolute farthest from everything and right next to the highway and the noise was awful. If I could give zero stars we would. I have videos and photos I wish I could post with this review. Soooo gross!!!!!
