good service, the owner prepared a lot of tips for tourists like where to go, train timetable, guide to restaurants location is ok, 10mins walk from train station but a bit up hill

Ho pernottato in questo albergo in Agosto con mia figlia. Siamo state accolte da un personale molto gentile. Il Sig. Andrea molto scrupoloso e preciso ci ha dato ogni tipo di informazione sul paese;capita poche volte! Stanza molto confortevole e pulita, coibentata per il rumore. L'albergo è situato nella via principale del paese comoda ai servizi e a due passi dalle spiagge e dalla stazione. Abbiamo trascorso 5 gg molto rilassanti e sereni. Territorio molto bello da visitare. Consigliatissimo!! Grazie. Daniela.

Esperienza bellissima! Personale eccezionale, disponibile e gentile. Albergo situato in centro vicinissimo a negozi e ristoranti! Tutto perfetto! Il tempo non era dei migliori ma Andre ha saputo consigliarci cosa fare e darci le indicazioni utili per noi.

Visited in May 2023. Very friendly staff and comfortable accommodations. Owner Andrea greeted us and gave us a very helpful introduction to the hotel and to the vicinity. Gave us his personal phone number in case we needed anything. Rooms are kept very clean and neat, very simple and practical. Other hotel guests and residents of the building were quiet and friendly. Short walk down Via Roma street to old town, grocery store, restaurants, beach, etc. Would definitely stay again if returning to Monterosso.

Accueil excellent avec hôte très disponible, arrangeant sur les horaires d’arrivée. Petit guide préparé par l’hôte avec toutes les conseils et informations nécessaires. Situation idéale dans le centre mais au calme. Propre avec articles de toilettes à disposition.

Andrea (host) is super friendly and attentive to all your needs. Located in a quiet section of Old Town portion of Monterosso Short walk to some great restaurants, shopping, coffee, rolls, etc 15 minute walk to the train station; mostly flat; a bit uphill as you approach the hotel

Did you ever meet someone and realize that they are perfect for the job they are in? Andrea is easily the nicest and most helpful owner / GM at any place I have ever stayed. The rooms are on the small side, and there are steps, but it is in a great location and very easy to day trip out of there to anywhere. And honestly, if steps are an issue for you you aren't going to have much fun in Cinque Terre anyhow.

Andrea, der Chef, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat Tipps gegeben zum Essen und Wandern und Einkaufen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Nur gibt es kein Frühstück, da kann man in eine der umliegenden Bars gehen und dem morgendlichen Treiben im Ort zuschauen.

Fin beliggenhed 1 minut fra gågaden, godt værelse og fint badeværelse til prisen. Godt koncept, at det bare er et sted at sove med fri og privat adgang.
