芬迪私人套房飯店的評論

意大利四城9晚自駕遊，fendi是最差的體驗，除了位置好找出門就能逛街以外，我客觀得説沒有一樣值得的。但是位置大家也請注意，這個地方是屬於羅馬的限行區域，很多車子是進不來的，我們訂的送機車子就進不來，無奈因此回國那天臨時讓酒店給叫taxi。結果幺蛾子就來了：前台幫叫了以後跟我説7-8分鐘到，結果等到15分鐘的時候車子還沒來，我繼續問，跟我説5分鐘，於是又等了10分鐘來了一部taxi，保安上前溝通了一下不知什麼原因車子就開走了。我看不對頭我跟他不用叫了我自己叫，於是我走到100處的另一個街口叫了一部車子回來。我們準備拿行李走了，前台把我們攔住説她叫的車子已經到了，此時距離我叫車的時間已經過去半個小時，我説不用了我們用自己叫的車。結果把我行李攔住跟我説：不可以！因為她叫的車已經到了，否則需要賠償司機費用。我説那我叫的車呢？她凶神惡煞地説她沒有辦法，你們不能用自己叫的車。因為怕飛機晚點我們無奈之下坐了酒店叫的車。因為讓我們叫的車子等了太久所以我給了他5歐的小費。請攜程向fendi集團反應並且投訴這位一樓的前台。 另外fendi酒店的設施配不上它的價格，我們訂的二大一小（五歲）的套間，近9000每晚的價格，加的一張小床竟然塌了三次，非常簡陋不穩定（圖一）。2號房浴室的洗手盆水龍頭像噴泉一樣，一用就濺到池子外。 酒店一共就7個房間，像小作坊，二樓前台check in 一共就一個人，我剛到的時候就跟我抱怨説她今天累死了，check in check out 都是她。 酒店體驗一次就夠了，不用再來，我替大家體驗過了，別來了！

因為衹有7間房，所有隱祕性比較好，也比較安靜。在這裏看到的風景不用加濾鏡，公共的空間還可以，畢竟樓下是芬迪的旗艦店。早餐也可以哦，一般辦理入住要下午3點之後，因為太早去客人也還沒辦法退房，那邊的早餐還可以的。

Uma experiência ímpar com a alma da marca italiana que leva o nome do hotel. Design incrível e decoração elegante, para a pequena propriedade com apenas 7 quartos. Excelente localização, embora isso seja um problema de acesso, quando se tem uma maratona acontecendo no centro da cidade e a gente não consegue acessar o endereço com o carro. Demoramos mais de 2 horas para conseguir entrar no espaço que estava todo bloqueado pela polícia local no domingo. Mas entendo que não é um problema causado pelo hotel em si, claro. A suíte que ficamos era bem espaçosa e linda. Cheia de mimos. Adoramos! Nossa única observação foi em relação ao café da manhã, servido no restaurante Zuma, que fica no mesmo prédio, com apenas uma atendente, e com os pedidos servidos diretamente na mesa, que acabou demorando mais do que o desejado. No geral, foi uma ótima experiência.

Great Hotel, new decor, confortable to the max! Wonderfull staff, excellent amenities! In the middle of Rome, alltogerher a woderful experience. Great if you like new decor and brand new everything. It was a great experience, lovely Fendi palace.

不錯的飯店，位置優越，但沒有註意到客戶的需求！我下午來這裡是為了做一個小手術，並要求在下午 1 點前入住房間，因為退房時間是中午 12 點。一個小時之內，一個房間就被翻新了。但事實並非如此。沒有任何同情心，也沒有讓顧客感到安心的願望，其中之一就是顧客不會花兩歐元入住這家設施。這家五星級飯店不僅因其美麗的結構而受到尊重，更重要的是它的服務、禮貌和友善。沒有同情心的微笑，它們只是像博物館一樣乏味的地方，可以參觀，但絕對不能居住。我確實看到了更有效率的服務。

Un posto veramente chic da tener presente per una piacevole vacanza nella città eterna . Le Camere sono eleganti ,pulite e dispongono di ogni confort , la posizione della struttura è centrale e a pochi passi da una delle strade più belle di Roma. La colazione ricca e saporita è servita in una location davvero suggestiva . Lo staff è sempre professionale, garbato e attento ad ogni richiesta del cliente . Vi sentirete accolti da una grande famiglia e coccolati grazie alle loro piccole attenzioni come ad esempio un piccolo dolcino al vostro ingresso nella camera, una camomilla calda prima di dormire , cioccolatini deliziosi lasciati accanto al cuscino al termine della pulizia della stanza e molto altro . Sono piccoli accorgimenti che a mio parere fanno la differenza! Tornerò sicuramente e mi sento di consigliarlo con piacere .

This place really doesn't suit the name of the brand.Only the male staff carrying our luggage was good, both the staff were bad and the services of the hotel were very inadequate. There is only one restaurant in the hotel. Frankly, we were hungry in the hotel. And the room we stayed in was not nice at all.When they came to the room cleaning, they hung the bathrobe that we threw on the floor because it was dirty, and when we looked, the dirt stains were all on the bathrobe.I am a famous person in my country, I have more than 1.5 million followers and I have visited 17 countries and I am in love with Italy but I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends or family.Very poor service and disappointment

非常友好的工作人員，優質的服務，就位置而言是一家很棒的酒店。我們的每一個要求都很容易滿足，而且總是有友好、專業的工作人員。這是迄今為止我住過的最好的酒店之一。我絕對計劃在下次羅馬之旅中回來。

位置非常完美，可以俯瞰西班牙台階。但是如果你是一個睡覺的人並且不能忍受大聲的噪音，我不推薦你這家酒店，因為有很多現場和大聲的表演，尤其是在下午晚些時候和晚上。 飯店很漂亮，家具品質很高，但缺乏的是人員服務，與其他飯店不同，沒有適當的禮賓服務，有些員工不喜歡與顧客交談，感覺像是在迴避問題。 想知道他們為什麼要從事旅館業。物有所值，我想說 7.5-8/10 這不是一家便宜的酒店，它是 LVmh grp 的芬迪品牌精品店。 考慮到他們是奢侈品集團零售商，我希望他們設定更高的標準。

Staff eccezionale i due receptionist gianluca e una ragazza che faceva turno di pomeriggio sono stati davvero bravi in tutto. Camera comodissima interni e confort eccellenti una delle migliori dormite della mia vita Grazie ragazzi M

We stayed in two rooms at this hotel and what can I say, it's really amazing. Very private, luxurious and unique. The setting is unique, the terrace is unique, and the decor OTT. It's true that the breakfast is probably not the best you can around, but with the rarest omission of a few places in the world (where breakfasts are so awful to my taste buds that I prefer the occidental version), this is always true. Treat yourself, go there.

Beautifully located right on the corner and overlooking the parade of shops and Spanish Steps in the distance. We enjoyed the vibrancy of the area and also the restaurant /bar on the top floor! Breakfast in your room and exquisitely designed rooms! Get corner suite 7 its the best!!

Many places pride themselves as "home away from home". This one is. It does not feel like a hotel, as it only has a few larges suites on a single floor, with no hotel-like atmosphere. The design is stunning, and the location cannot be better. While not a hotel, service is limited but excellent.
