普拉瓦拉古娜索爾阿姆佛拉公寓(Apartments Amfora Plava Laguna)

Con la mia famiglia 2 adulti e 3 bambini abbiamo soggiornato in questo resort nell’ampora apartments e devo dire che non sono niente male anche se il box doccia era rotto e non avevamo il frezer. Il resort è grande e dispersivo, offre tante attività per i bambini ma solo se parlano l’inglese altrimenti sono penalizzati…si parla molto il tedesco perché la stramaggioranza dei vacanzieri sono di questa nazionalità. La ristorazione lascia a desiderare…avevamo la formula mezza pensione e siamo rimasti delusissimi…la colazione dolce non esiste, ci sono a disposizione solo dei mini cornetti farciti e dei biscottini/cereali, invece per quanto riguarda la colazione salata c’è una varietà di würstel, bacon, uova strapazzate, verdure di tutti i generi, riso e formaggi/salumi. Ovviamente nel dispenser ci sono bevande calde tranne caffè espresso e cappuccino (che si trovano alla modica cifra di 2€ il caffè e 2,50 il cappuccino nei vari bar del resort), succo d’arancia e acqua. Per quanto riguarda la cena si può accedere al buffet dalle 19 alle 21 ma già dalle ore 20.00 già non si trova più nulla da mangiare…per tre sere consecutive abbiamo mangiato cotolette e pizza…non c’è assolutamente varietà nel cibo, per non parlare del costo delle bibite…una bottiglia di acqua naturale da 0,75 ml 4.30€ veramente assurdoooooo!!!!!! Noi eravamo stati abituati benissimo al Plava laguna di Porec e pensavamo di trovarci bene anche qui ed invece è stato un flop! Ah anche la gentilezza del personale di sala lascia a desiderare… Valutate bene prima di soggiornarci!

Ho gia soggiornato in questa struttura e torno appena ne ho occasione. Unica pecca nel ponte del 25 aprile supermercato nel resort sprovvisto di tutto e anche il panificio chiuso senza che fosse segnalato dalla reception

Waren 7 Tage in eine der 4 Sterne Premium Apartment, die Lage war gut aber die Sauberkeit und und Sicherheit für unsere 2,5 J Tochter war nicht ausreichend und weis echt nicht wer die Sterne dafür gibt Stayed 7 days in one of the 4 star premium apartment, the location was good but the cleanliness and security for our 2.5 year old daughter was not sufficient and really does not know who the stars

I was staying with my family for 6 nights in 2 Amfora apartments 4+2. I live in The Netherlands and my sister in Croatia. For my sister and her family were apartments great, as for Croatian standards they are good but from my own view is that they are not 4 stars as advertised ( I travel a lot). They were very clean on the arrival but they look run down. Be aware that daily cleaning is not included in the price but they do provide daily clean towels, toilet paper, sheets if needed. Everything looks cheap and old but I have paid a very resonable price so on the end I wouldn't say that is overpriced but maybe in the high season is diffrent. There were enough pots and pans, beds are good, fridge doesn't have a freezer part. There is a filter coffee machine, kettle and a tosti maker. Wifi is very bad ( please improve) , my own mobile connection was also bad when cloudy so good wifi is essential. There is a TV but there were no channels availble at first. My sister needs TV so we complained, a friendly repair man promissed to fix it and the next day we had all channels- puno hvala! Resort is beautiful and very well kept, apartments are less beautiful but if you report that something is dysfunctional they come very quickly to fix it. Service is overal very good, staff are kind and helpful, because of the service I would probably stay here again although I was not so happy with apartment.

Went to my local Tui store and the man, was very helpful, friendly and kept in touch. Well done Abingdon customer services. He gave me confidence in booking a holiday online. We was looking forward to our holiday. We had a long traveling day ahead. At the airport the Tui app didn’t work at all and during our holiday. I couldn’t get up the boarding passes, it said it’s an easy way to use and use tui. Luckily I screen shot the QL code the day before. We finally get to our resort, to be told to check in an hour. Was fine as there was restaurants on the resort. Was a lovely location. All we wanted to do was relax at our apartment. We had trouble unlocking the front door, using a key. Then we noticed the smell and the disgusting mess on the floors, dirty and clearly nothing was cleaned. The kitchen items was dirty, so we didn’t use the items, till we cleaned them throughly. Hairs in sink, in shower tray and outside of the shower. Toothpaste spray on the mirror and big old water tank in the bathroom. Broken toilet lid, the bathroom door, not shutting properly. Hanging electrical wires under the tv. You don’t expect it not to be cleaned at all. For 4 * it was disgusting and very disappointing to start our holiday in this way. We booked breakfast, as we thought it would be nice, we was glad as it got us out of our dirty apartment. Unfortunately the service, quality of the food and choice was very poor. Only one coffee machine, which didn’t even fill your cup to the top. We ended up getting breakfast food from the shop. The flight going and returning was delayed and my new suitcase was scratched and in bad condition. I won’t be using Tui again.

Everything was wonderful experience since we arrived. Greetings and warm welcoming and helpful with any question we had. Perfect location. Clean apartment, every day asked if we need clean towels or any hygienic supplies. Cost for food in local store and in restaurants is reasonable . We are planning to come back next year or definitely am very soon again. Recommend to everyone to visit.

We live in amfora plava laguna appartmets for more than week. When we came here, guy on reception make a mistake and accomodatate us different apartments (two times), but when the manager of the hotel comes arranged it fr Hhis best and he appologised to us. That was last problem. The vacations was very good, food, good appartment, program for children, pools and of course sea. One of the best was program for children during day and evening - The best and very polite was Natalia from Ostrava (CZ) who understands our children. Many thanks to her.

We really enjoyed our stay in Plava Laguna. It was our third stay, we have three little boys and there is one one reason we are coming - entertainment team. Our kids love Mini Club, and I can't wait to hit the gym in Fit point. This year the gym was amazing - very clean (much cleaner that lats year) and trainer Vanja was the best! Don't miss the opportunity to visit her classes. And staff in Mini club is very friendly, they have a ton of fun activities. Perfect holiday for family with kids. Only downside was the appartment itself - the equipment was very used, not very clean and there was NO CLEANING. We stayed for two weeks and the appartment was a mess at the end.

We visited the resort in May 2023. There is an abundance of activities to do, from tennis, to football, to water sports, to mermaid swimming. There are lots and lots of places to eat and drink, with friendly poolside bars. Food in the buffet is good. There’s a handy little train into Umag. Myself and my partner visited without the children, but have agreed it would be a fantastic place to keep our two 7 year olds, and baby entertained - so will certainly consider visiting again in the future. However…we visited on this occasion out of season, and it rained, a lot. Next to nothing was open on the site, which meant the rainy days were almost impossible. There wasn’t any buses running as advertised when we booked it. It would be a fantastic place in the height of summer. But if visiting out of season, do consider that you can’t do any activities or visit places, because everywhere is completely closed.
