Location was not best. Service not very accommodating.

An incredible property. Amazing rooms. Outstanding restaurants. The spa is beautiful. The Rosewood at Miramar Beach offers everything at the highest level. However it is the team that elevates the experience to that into rarified level. You are spoiled from the moment you arrive until departure. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Thank you!!

The property is so beautiful. Mix in the friendliness of staff. Valet service and luggage assistance excellent and friendly service. Shop people and bartender not so much. They need additional training on how to provide top notch service by being attentive and welcoming. Bartender saw that we sat down but continued spending 10 minutes with other guests when he could’ve at minimum acknowledge us and let us know he will be right with us…something?! Oh ans they started cleaning up for closing 45 min before. Like they couldn’t wait??!! Shop by registration was the worse service ever. No greeting or ask if they can assist. Should close the doors when they close up or put up a sign. Instead of a rush of moving/rolling racks away! Do not like that we had to wait 15 minutes for an iron and ironing board. Just put them in the room!! The property is so beautiful even with a few bad points, I can't take away the excellent rating. Definitely highly recommend!

Very nice property but big service issues still to resolve, no availability at spa so couldn’t redeem my free spa credit, Very expensive, but don’t mind that if things worked which they didn’t, severe lacking in service.

This is a beautiful resort with friendly, helpful staff. It is an immaculate facility. Criticism is mainly about food - dinner was average in the main restaurant, menu not very creative and there did not seem to be a reasonably priced breakfast option - how about coffee, fresh fruit and pastries outdoors near the beautiful pool? Check out issue was related to being locked out of room at 11:45 when we wanted one more check of the room and bathroom stop before a 2-hr drive home! We understood check out was at noon. Valet parking staff was excellent.

It doesn't get any better than the Rosewood on Miramar Beach. The staff is second to none, rooms clean, large and comfortable and the grounds spectacular!
