The second floor private balcony is great and convenient for getting fresh air. The room has not been cleaned, the trash was dumped the floor swept but that's it. I pulled back the covers and apparently the bed was made but sheets weren't changed. The housekeeper was across the hall so i asked her for clean sheets. She had to go get some, she was cleaning the room across the hall but didn't have any sheets on her cart - neither clean nor dirty. I had to change my own sheets. Fortunately, i keep a couple of blankets in my car for traveling so i used one to lay on and the other for a pillow.

Front desk person ignored us while sitting behind desk for about 5 minutes at check in. No ice machine or vending machine in sight. Unsavory characters loitering around parking lot

It’s disgusting rooms smell horrible we were not able to sleep because of the smell. asked for non smoking but didn’t work. stay away from it

There was mold on the walls. This was not safe for my child to stay. We checked out and had to drive home

You request late check out, they only give you 30 minutes. The property was EMPTY. You could hear a pin drop. They could’ve at least gave an hour.

Towels were stained. Looked like blood spots on the shower curtain. Fake eyelashes stuck to the floor. Stains on the bed. Disgusting, thank god we just needed a quick nights sleep.

Called to find out the exit number off Hwy 95. They did not know how to give any directions to the location. Check-In was horrible. The man at the front desk was rude and confrontational. The room had not been properly cleaned. The bathroom still had evidence from the last person that stayed. Dirty towels under the sink and hair in the bathtub.

They were nice people and my car battery died and this guy who worked there help me.
