The pillows were amazing! The staff was fantastic, especially Tori and Mikey! Thank you! Loved all the breakfast options! The boys woke up in a great mood and were well fed! There was a minor thing though we found a vape in our room and the carpet had a clump of hair. So maybe vacuum better. Thank you!

Exactly what you expect when needing a night away or traveling for work. I’ve lodged in hotels all across the country for the past 10 years and Holiday Inn in Monahans is among the my top favorite places to stay. While being a modest hotel, it takes a step up on normal amenities. The breakfast offers a WIDE variety of options that I’ve yet to see anywhere else. I almost don’t even want to tell you or you all will come taking all the Smuckers PB & J’s for yourselves. The wifi is great! Being here for an extended stay I need wifi for business as well as entertainment and I never have a reason to question my internet speeds. The employees are very accommodating, Mario and Mikey at the front desk run a solid operation along with Maria and Tori I’m always set up for a comfortable stay. The manager Jamie always gives me a reason to laugh. And the cleaning crew is super cool, always getting me what I need. Other customers that come and stay are polite and friendly from all I’ve seen throughout my interactions. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Totally disappointed that they advertised a pool and hot tub but don’t advertise that it’s closed for the season. The pool and hot tub still had water. I specifically booked for the pool. Staff apologized but didn’t really care since I had booked from *******. Once they realized that i didn’t matter

The location was the only preference to stay. Room condition, bed, bath, noise of AC minifridge everything sucks. Breakfast was included however the quality of the food was not tasty and fresh

Best breakfast choices we’ve had in years! Grandkids were excited about breakfast every morning! Pool needed cleaning.

This was definitely the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. There were stains all over the walls and our room actually had blood on the curtains. There was scotch tape attached to the archway of the room. Our AC UNIT and remote control did not work as well. The pool was nice but there were all kinds of bugs in there as if no one had cleaned it. The food was very poorly done, and a lot of the pastries had black spots as if they were molded. The only upside to this stay was the front receptionist, I didn’t get her name but she had reddish hair in a bun. She remedied all of our issues.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast options were tasty. There was bacon!!
