茲瓦海灘度假村(Ziwa Beach Resort)

Es war eine sehr schöne Anlage. Das Essen war afrikanisch und sehr lecker. Der Besitzer, sowie die Angestellten waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Normalerweise wäre die Bewertung auch mit 5 Punkten ausgefallen. Wir sollten um 1.30 Uhr nachts!!! zum Flughafen abgeholt werden. Dies haben wir mit dem Manager ausgemacht und dieser wollte uns auch persönlich zum Flughafen fahren. Leider war dieser aber nicht an der Rezeption anzutreffen und wir mussten mit unseren beiden Kindern 1 Jahr und 3 Jahre versuchen, um diese Uhrzeit ein Taxi zu organisieren. Es ist eine absolute Frechheit, dass wir hier einfach versetzt wurden. Für den Besitzer und allen anderen Angestellten tut mir diese Bewertung auch leid, aber dieser Manager ist eine absolute Frechheit gewesen. Aber wie gesagt, ist die Anlage sehr zu empfehlen, man sollte nur dem Manager aus dem Weg gehen.

A very nice location but neglected. Poorly trained workers from the gate to everywhere else. Poorly cleaned linen, toilets, rooms clearly showing signs of neglect. Poorly designed and positioned restaurant. Great potential but has to be really worked on and brought out!!

Best customer service, clean rooms, good healthy breakfast and such good ambience (please choose the Seaview rooms). Nothing beats the waking up to a sunrise through the beach, winds blowing into the room all night. Resort Manager is always available and ready to assist in anyway, but his subordinates do their part so good you'll never need to look for the manager.

Bof ! Petit déjeuner a revoir 3 plats + des œufs et une seul boisson froide proposé. L’accueil à la réception a fuir , le monsieur nous demande de venir à la réception car la veille au moment du Check in personne juste les gardiens de nuit. Lendemain on s’y rend le gars prend 3 appels devant nous alors que nous étions en train de discuter et nous calcule vraiment pas. (Aucun respect) y’avait pas d’argent à récolter donc pas d’intérêt pour lui c’est ce qu’il nous a fait comprendre. Le midi le service est très long, on nous dit que les plats sont préparé à la commande sauf que nous avons commandé des pâtes et des frites masala ! 45 minutes nous étions seule à attendre une commande il n’y avait pas foule ! Bref séjour pour 2 ou 3 nuits ok mais ne faites pas un séjour farniente la bas , la plage est sale, beaucoup de bateau et beaucoup de mendiants pour de l’argent , ou des propositions d’excursions limite harcelant style safari, tour de bateau, ou encore massage. La piscine est ensoleillée de 9:00 à 13:00 uniquement.

Amazing staff very nice views and bedrooms, totally worth visiting and it is incredibly affordable and the food is vegetarian but very full filling , I and my family filled ourselves till we got tired

Very lovely stay at ziwani. We were a group of 20. The cottages are clean, rustic but very good. Has a jungle environment makes it very cool knowing how hot its in mombasa. Very lovely staff, very helpful. Lovely beds and showers work with shower gel that foams very well and easily. Very lovely balconies.. all ACs worked. The swimming pool was clean and their breakfast was great. It's a vegetarian restaurant so you can do self catering and they provide kitchen ...memos.. utensils. We had a lively time and was a lovely choice for us. Being at beach front..well the experience was great.

Made a booking for 2 nights through Agoda and paid in full. When we got to the hotel they said they had problems with agoda and we had to pay again. Not sure why their problem with Agoda is the client's problem, so we left. NB they still advertise on Agoda, so be careful when you book.

We stayed at Ziwa Beach Resort for 8 days. There was problems with the wifi, no hot water and power outage for 3 to 4 days of our stay. I complained about this but Ziwa was not accommodating. No offer of a partial refund when we had no power or offering free nights. The price per night was decent but with no phone in the room, I had to walk to the front desk to complain

Their Egg curry and Chapatti never disappoint. The room is basic and a classic but everything works and we had everything we needed. Friendly staff and great location next to a beautiful beach and exciting beach restaurants and bars. A very green beach hotel with a well maintained garden and use of original materials for decor and theme. We keep coming back!😍
