巴斯蒂德杜卡拉路飯店，貝斯特韋斯特品質精選(La Bastide du Calalou, BW Signature Collection)

Très bon accueil, personnel aidant, chaleureux et de bons conseils. Ne pas s’attendre à un décor contemporain. C’est une bastide typiquement provençale et la décoration est à l’avenant. Confortable et typique. Environnement exceptionnel et proximité de plusieurs villages intéressants: voiture indispensable… on est à la campagne! On s’attendait à une restauration 4 étoiles comme l’hôtel mais sans être aucunement mauvaise, les plats gagneraient à être améliorés et l’offre diversifiée. Au niveau de la chambre, privilégier les supérieures plus grandes à l’étage, surtout si la météo ne permet pas de profiter des terrasses des chambres au RdC. Il semble y avoir un problème de pression d’eau qui fut faible tant dans la douche que dans la cuvette.

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cet hôtel ! L'équipe de réceptionnistes était dynamique et engagée, tout comme leur directeur, qui veillait à ce que notre séjour soit parfait. Le restaurant était d'un chic irréprochable et la cuisine délicieuse. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'ambiance élégante et le menu exquis. Notre prochaine visite est déjà planifiée pour fin mai début juin, cette fois-ci pour profiter davantage de la piscine. Nous avons hâte de revenir !

Excellent séjour à la bastide du Balalou Nous avons été accueillis par le directeur qui est charmant et professionnel L'établissement est un havre de paix, le parc est magnifique, les chambres confortables, la notre avait vue sur le jardin et la piscine Repas excellent (nous avons pris le menu à 45€) Parking gratuit Établissement à recommander, pour un séjour au calme au milieu des oliviers !

Nous avons passé un séjour extraordinaire. Tout est bien dans cet hôtel. L’accueil chaleureux, le personnel agréable et à l’écoute. Les chambres très confortables, la grande piscine, l’immense parc joliment arboré. La table est excellente avec un chef qui propose des plats originaux et délicieux. Un havre de paix ! Nous reviendrons !

Hotel grounds are beautiful. Food in the restaurant is average; they try to be culinair, with emphasis on ‘try’. We had the three course menu, the starter with a heap of hummus with some trout but there was so much hummus that that was the only thing you could taste. The main course was the beef, and again it tasted bland, there was a bun with beef cheek, a piece of beef and a piece of potato. The presentation was bad, the taste was bland, and eating a piece of beef with a bun was weird too. No vegetable in sight. We hoped the desert was better, but no luck. Worst profiterole I have ever had. The vanille desert was also not great. The room we got was awful, it was above the kitchen and restaurant and it was very noisy till late in the evening. The bathroom was a joke, I preferred to shower and nearly fell as you have the shower in the bathtub (which is not a problem), but the way the bathtub is shaped makes it dangerous, because the tub is very narrow where you are supposed to stand, and you also have the drain there, so it’s impossible and dangerous. There is no partition for the shower, so when you shower the entire counter and floor gets wet. In the room there are not a lot of power sockets so challenge to find a place to charge your devices. While they advertise a pool menu incl. Cocktails for during the day, there is no person who can make them until 6pm… When I mentioned my feedback about the noise from the kitchen, the receptionist didn’t even apologise. Very sad.

Nos enfants qui avaient séjourné dans cet établissement il y a 4 ans, nous ont recommandé cet établissement. 2023 c'est chose faite. Établissement magnifique avec tout le confort. Pas de chance avec la météo, nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine. Restaurant complet, mais nous avons été conseillé pour de bonnes tables sur AUPS. A Faire à proximité, village dAups, Sillans la cascade.

Very pleasant place with cozy outdoor setting, could work remotely from there for a few weeks. Lovely attentiive staff, great size rooms and if you are looking for a touch of French and country then this place is it. If I were to retuern to the area I would book again for sure. Steve

Facile à trouver, village vraiment tranquille, proche des destinations touristiques de la région, service très pro, réservation aussi par BW, parking privatif, matériaux et déco vraiment sympa, douche Italienne.......... en gros à refaire après leur hivernage, vivement 2024..

We didn't get the room type we paid for, the room was tiny and worn down, didn't look like a 4* hotel, more a 2* hotel max judging on the room. The only reason why this scores better is the pool. The tennis court reservations are completely messed up, courts were double-booked 2 out of 4 times we (and others) booked - and by the way had planned our day to come back and play tennis. You don't get value for money here compared to other hotels on our vacation in better locations, more helpful staff and better (much) rooms. The room smelled of sewer almost all the time and staff knew immediate, so couldn't be a new problem, and the "solution" was air refresher to being able to handle the smell. That is not fixing the root cause but just a plaster on the wound. This is simply just unacceptable. We were very amazed. Neither in absolute terms compared to the price would I recommend this hotel, and absolutely not in relative terms to what the nightly price should be in France/Italy - even for better and more touristed locations than here. Almost forgot to mention that the internet didn't work in 2 out of 4 days. Again, staff knew but took several days to fix. Not okay for this class hotel (apparently).
