Great location and great service

The room wasn’t very clean and the 3 days I spent there I had no other room service ,the air conditioner had green mold on the top ,the worst part of my stay I found out I had gotten bed bug bites all over my arms I am positive it wasn’t from outside insects because I never spent time outside. I hope the right person reads this and looks into these serious problems.

No one was at the desk when we checked in took a few min for someone to come up. Then appeared clean. Shower controls were backwards so water was lukewarm only until we figured that out. Hideabad mattress was dirty and stained. There were no sheets on it or in the room. I had to go downstairs to get sheets. Asked for sheets and pillows and was told no one washed the pillows so they didn’t have any for us. (Only had three total for king size bed and hideabed). This morning breakfast didn’t have milk and several food items were out. Then another guest came to show us that he found a bedbug in his room. Seemed like there was only two guys working one in am and one in pm.

This property building is nice outside and down hallways but the rooms smells like straight mildew. The curtains are full of mildew , floor was wet in areas and bedsheets are still stained after obviously been washed. After going to the staff about the issue , they deactivated my key and had me walking back and forth from the desk to the room four or five times before saying oh u in 106 not 206.

I’m not sure why this place has such a high rating, it’s absolutely horrendous!! We wouldn’t have paid what we did & stayed here, if we’d known the true about the place!! It’s so old & run down, smells horrible. Our room was rank with musty mold smell. We were greeted by a roach as soon as we walked into the bathroom. The floors were covered in crap, like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. There was 1 bath towel in a bathroom for a room that sleeps 6, when we had 4 on our register. There was no bedding for the broken fold out couch. This property deserves no stars & everyone needs to stay away from!

One of our worst hotel stays! Property is old, run down, musty smelling. The shower drain did t work properly, the sofa bed wouldn't fold back up and even after we asked twice, the maintenance crew still didn't fix it. We ended up switching rooms, but the new room wasn't very clean (food crumbs on floor and bugs). Staff was never at the front desk and there was no way to get their attention. Breakfast was not restocked and tables weren't cleaned and trash can was overflowing. Do not recommend it at all!

Everything, and I mean everything was dirty. I changed the first room because it smelled like mold. The second room was better until we started looking around the room. The bath tub still had hair and a razor cover in the drain, electrical plug was broken and hanging from the wall. The carpet was filthy.

Front desl excellent service

The only problem I found was,the water didn't get hot,it was luke warm. Other than that,everything else was great. Will be staying again.
