Didn’t change towels every day. Went to check in and at 2:30 only to see note that they would return at 4:10. Also no one there when we left so left key in mailbox.

On arrival and check in - produced 2 pieces of ID - told not required No covid policy If you like to live in filth and squalor - this is the place for you On check in walked up steps to entrance to unit - covered in hundreds of cigarette butts Unit had not been cleaned , crumbs and spills on table - fridge dirty- microwave disgusting inside - I asked 2 housekeepers close by to come over and clean. Garbage all over outside , mattress , mirror litter all over , residents living there and watching everything we did - uncomfortable feeling - did not feel safe. No extra lock or security device on inside of door, expressed concerns to Manager and wrote him a letter that evening lusting everything we had endured and we would see him in the morning Went to see him and asked for an explanation - non given but offered to refund our payment for the next 6 nights already paid . Took it and checked out This hotel was booked in March 2022 through Booking . Com Complained on more than one occasion to *********** - nothing was done . Believe me you do not want to go there - worst experience ever !

When I checked in at 6.30 had to phone for office reception?? No ice machine. Said go next door to MacDonald to buy some. Volume did not go irk on Tv

Just overall rundown..they could at least buy some curtains and bedding from a thrift store even without holes..pickup the exterior garbage

Room needs a good upgrade for the price. Service was fine. But there’s a smell as soon as you open the door. Bed is a box and linen needs to be upgraded too.
