明尼阿波利斯市區希爾頓花園飯店(Hilton Garden Inn Minneapolis Downtown)

Extremely hard to hotel entrance, only had valet parking which was expensive and but seems like my truck is still in the handicap spot that I parked at for check-in. Specifically rented room whirlpool tub but drain does not seal so is pretty damn worthless. In general everything has been a struggle and not happy. Will never stay here again.

Bedding was dirty. I needed to change the bedding down to the mattress pad. I would like a refund.

I didnt like how breakfast was set up , looked like it was a free breakfast , np one there to greet you, no signage stating price, nothing in room about it that i seen either so just helped ourselves and whem we were about finished someone came and gave us a bill at our table.

Okay stay. Had to pay for breakfast even tho I booked the room to include it. Pool can be viewed from everyone on the street. Room was nice and staff was very friendly. Hot tub in the room was a really nice amenity.

Experience was less than ideal. First called to comfirm reservation and get confirmation number for app. They could not find reservation at first. They proceeded to tell me 4 separate times i booked through a "third party." Set up app, not able to check in on app, needed to stop at desk and put a card on file for incidentals. Then they proceeded to tell me an additional 3 times i booked through a third party. To top it all off they had no valet parking left and proceeded to tell me i could park in a parking ramp a half mile away and walk back, cost was $12 and it was 28 degrees out. Who does not have adequate parking for the hotel: one spot for each room...plus they charge 35.00 for parking for spots right outside the hotel door. (3 spaces). At $900 for two rooms you dont even get free breakfast, you have to pay for that too. Again, let me remind you I booked through a third party in which beacause of that I deserve crappy service.

The rooms were nice & clean. The bar area was great, too. Check-in was quick! I don’t know that the valet parking is worth it. We paid $50 for valet parking thinking that our car would be in a garage. Then it took almost 30 minutes to get it when we needed to leave.

Difficult finding the hotel and entrance. Paid for valet and my car sat infront of the hotel all night

Great stay! Friendly staff and clean rooms. The surrounding area isn’t the best, but seems safe enough!
