Staff exceptional. Room housekeeping excellent. Coffee above average! Breakfast as usual but had fresh fruit! Property grounds below average but this hotel is in construction. Retail & restaurant lacking. For the price this property is of good value due to its exceptional staff & room housekeeping. Security good, parking free

I knew going in that the hotel was…. As part of our continued commitment to enhance our property and service, we are currently in the process of renovating our interior part of building from February 27, 2023 util June 30, 2023. I went June 11-16, then had to stay an extra night. I was expecting a new remodeled room or at least new public areas. Unfortunately, even though there is only about two weeks left with their remodel, they probably need another year or two. They are only working on one floor, which guest are not on; overheard it’s almost 95% done now. The rest of the hotel needs remodeled and updated, including the rooms everyone is in. It was obvious that they must be way behind on the project because not one part of the hotel that guests were at as been remodeled. Maybe in 2025 the remodel will be completed. Yep, spent good money on an old room that needed a complete renovation. Then to top it off, when I needed one extra night they charged $205 for that one night. I just spent a week on what I thought would be a new remodeled room, then charged a ridiculous rate for needing it one extra night. Not worth it. Bottom of pools looked dirty so I didn’t even get in the pool. The staff was for the most part friendly, not their fault that management can’t stay focused and actually make sure a job gets done. For business , I’ve stayed in Milwaukee 4 weeks out of the past 8, heading back in July- unfortunately, looking for a new hotel again.

Tall ****s all around the property. Under construction. Remodeling. Filthy carpet. Soured smelling shower curtain. Spit lugies on 3 rd floor elevator doors left on for three days I was there. Saturday free breakfast had no meats. I’ll not go back. Well below IHG standards

After checking in we left for dinner and received a phone call from the hotel that there was a "problem with our room and they were moving our suitcase out so it would not get damaged" when we return we would be given a new room. When we returned, they had the suitcase but not other items that we had in the room. when asking the staff we were told they would need to contact he manager to find out what to do. As one item was a daily medication that was needed, we went to the room on the off chance our key cards still worked. When there found another group in our room. They stated that when they checked in they found our suitcase and brought it to the front desk. there was no problem with the room and the staff did not remove the suitcase to avoid damage as stated to us. the other family graciously helped locate he items we had in the room. we complained about the situtation to the staff with no resolution as this time

We stayed for a whole week and were very comfortable. The only downside was an apparent shortage of towels. The breakfast was good and staff very friendly and helpful. The building was undergoing renovations so there were a few other tolerable hiccups.

The building is dated. The room I was given was on the ground floor near the central laundry. I heard noises from other guest, the room was humid and didn’t smell good, the fridge was broken, as well as the cupboard. Overall disappointing stay for too much $$$

I love that they turned the jacuzzi into a smaller pool for kids. The hotel is very clean great customer service and over all very relaxing and comfortable. Definitely my go to.

I reserved this hotel for 5 nights. When I arrived the first night, they told me they gave away my room and there were no rooms available. When I went to get a refund they tried to charge me for 1 night even though they made me scramble at night after a long day of travel to find another hotel.

The room was big enough but not very clean. The pull out mattress was stained and nasty, with garbage under the couch. The Bathroom was not clean and the ceiling was leaking water
