斯坦布里奇硅谷飯店 - 米爾皮塔斯(Staybridge Suites Silicon Valley - Milpitas, an IHG Hotel)

I stayed for 3 weeks and the hotel crew and members was so great and acommodating.. its really like home away from home.. they really give you that filipino culture of taking care of you and friendliness. Everytime i go to milpitas, staybridge is where i always stay.. on top of being a filipino myself.. its just that our culture of being joyful and hardworking is being spread out with the management of this hotel.. and i greatly appreciate how in small things this hotel tells that story around milpitas, san jose.. irs positive in many ways. 🙂

Clean and quiet and has everything you need. I found a few maintenance issues in my room (419). The windows are drafty and the closet door doesn’t slide on it’s track. The staff was friendly and efficient. The “grab and go” breakfast was decent and convenient (given Covid restrictions, I would say they are doing the best they can). There was also an evening “grab and go” social that was nice, but no beer and wine as usual. This is a good place to stay, close to 880 and 237 freeway and In the heart of Silicon Valley.

The hotel was beautiful and our stay was very nice. Loved the kitchenette and dishes provided. There were a couple of changes that needed to be made and an issue with our room when we arrived, but the hotel staff more than made up for it. Breakfast was delicious, although it was frustrating having to wait in a long line to have one person serve everything up. I understand the safety protocols due to Covid, but asking people to stand near strangers in line for more than 15 minutes is far more risky (and scientifically founded) than letting people touch utensils and serve themselves, which has not been proven to contribute to viral spread. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at your hotel!!

Really enjoyed our stay but was more than a little ticked when the front desk told us where to get breakfast and AFTER yelled at us for getting food. Apparently, they need to do it for you, not an issue, but TELL me that. Additionally, on the morning of check out, I was awaken by the maid beating on the door. She left for an hour, then came back and cross examined me as to when we were leaving as "she wants to clean the room", well that's fine, but check out time is in 2 HOURS! I found this unacceptable. Otherwise a nice hotel, nice to have the kitchen. Bed was not very comfortable but the rest of the room was. Overall, A nice stay

We stayed here for two nights with our dogs. We were impressed with the clean and spacious suite with a full eat-in kitchen, living room and separate bedroom. Breakfast staff worked hard to provide hot breakfast during the busy breakfast rush. Close to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend it!

We’re told Our Room had a water leak, or maybe they over booked so we had to move to different hotel across the street

This hotel looks pretty nice from outside. However, the inside is very old. 1st of all, they don't have USB charger at all. 2nd, two lights are broken/don't work. 3rd, the hair dryer was broken. The room I got has a full kitchen but it doesn't have a table for eating. It made my stay very inconvenient. My original plan was to grab the breakfast at the dinning area and bring it back to eat with my honey sweetheart in my room. Now, I had to either eating at the breakfast area and fight with other people for space or eat in the kitchen area of my room while standing there. It's kind of disappointed that I didn't get upgrade as a Platinum Elite member of IHG. I felt I got downgraded!!!! If I travel in this area again, I might not consider to stay at this hotel again.

Enjoyed my stay! Breakfast was awesome. A lil hidden gem of hotels. Will stay again!
