Front desk service was very good. Room seemed very dim. Could be brighter … maybe start using led lighting. Tv remote didn’t work. Air conditioning was very cold which was great, but was noisy too , not so great. … cover on bed was stained.

Room was not very clean. There was hair and toothpaste in the bathroom sink. Ants on the nightstand. The floor was filthy-we spilled some water and when we wiped it up towel was black. My babies tops of feet were filthy from crawling around on the floor. We wanted to pay with cash and they automatically charged our card. What is the point of paying on site if you aren't given the option.

Nice location and room however there were several spot throughout the room that were a little dusty and we found a dirty washcloth left in the bathroom. Also the mattress was not very comfortable. On the other hand the free breakfast both morning was excellent and one of the better ones we have had in our travels. Overall not too bad of a stay but they need to up their cleaning game a little bit and could really use some new mattresses.

Located in shopping area with lots of restaurants and malls. The parking was close, building and surrounding area felt safe and was clean. Rooms are nice size and clean.

It's okay to stay however, the rooms need to be cleaner and toilets need to be functioning! Staff is super nice!

Nothing was really great it was meh. They don’t have room service which is annoying and the breakfast was not very good at all. I was also super p worded off because they were playing Fox News in the morning and I had a group of little kids so it’s not very family friendly. The woman with the piercings was AMAZING though and made the whole experience so much better! She genuinely cared and made us all feel like we were wanted. The rooms were nice, staff was nice, just jo WOW factor I guess!

This place was a really good stay for my wife and I! The stuff and the place was great. The only the was that the bed was to hard. I would recommend this place to anyone.

They were over booked so my 2 bedroom suite had to be separated into two 1 bedroom suites. Thankfully, there were 2 adults so it was okay since there was an adult in each room. The overall cleanliness was okay. There was still some crumbs on the stove and the water in the shower wouldn’t turn on unless the shower head was turned just right. The biggest problem was the thermostat stopped working through the night and it was 64 degrees when we woke up even though the heat was set at 72. The staff was very friendly though. I really appreciate that.
