BB Hotels Smarthotel Duomo

Ottima posizione ma rapporto qualità prezzo scarso. Accoglienza essenziale, ingresso poco curato sia all’esterno che gli interni .. Stanze piccole e male organizzate .il bagno piccolissimo e scomodo, sia il lavandino che la doccia. Da un 4 stelle ci si aspetta di più . L’unico pregio è la vicinanza a Piazza Duomo ma non può essere requisito per le stelle.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti e 3 giorni in questo hotel trovato per caso. Abbiamo riscontrato sin da subito gentilezza, igiene e pulizie nelle camere con servizio ottimale. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente anche perché è a pochi passi dal duomo. NB. Non hanno il servizio colazione , ma in compenso nella stanza c’è un frigobar , una macchietta del caffè e tisane offerte dall’hotel. Consigliato !!!

Hotel con una posizione eccellente , situato a due passi dal Duomo di Milano ...personale professionale e disponibile , tutto moderno con massima pulizia ! Le stanze sono arredate con gusto moderno, dotate di tutti i comfort e estrema pulizia ! Hotel consigliato a pieni voti

Hay que tener en cuenta que esto no es un hotel al uso ya que lo único que te ofrece son habitaciones y una recepción donde no están las 24 horas no tienes cafetería ni gimnasio...nada por el estilo .pero si vas a disfrutar de la ciudad estando todo el día fuera y lo que quieres cuando regreses al hotel es que este sea silencioso excepcionalmente ubicado y todo nuevo este es tu sitio

I have booked a room for a customer who was not able to come. I cancelled three days before the planned stay, and they decided to cash in the 100% advance payment (about € 1,100), although asked for a compromise. During a trade fair where everything is booked, and enabling them to sell the room again easily Well, I know for sure where I shall never book again. Perhaps you will agree

POSITIVES: excellent location within easy walking to Duomo (10 Mins), Sforza Castle (30 mins), sights and shopping. New hotel, clean, excellent housekeeping, friendly helpful front desk staff, convenient grocery and pharmacy across the street; in-room Nespresso and kettle for coffee and tea, plus fridge and safe. Good wifi. As a solo female traveler I felt very safe based here. My rear-facing room was very quiet. CAVEATS: No onsite dining. Mattresses are quite firm. Compact bathroom shower could be a challenge for larger-sized people. Ditto room size for a couple, though perfect for this solo traveler.

This hotel have great location.. easy check in and check out.. clean rooms and bathroom.. but it’s suitable for couples with out children.. because the rooms are too small.. also the bathroom is very small and it’s not suitable for the XLarge people because the can’t inter the shower box and that happened with my self.. the bed not comfortable for anyone have back pain or knee problems.. and you can’t sleep at morning after 8 o’clock because of house keeping noise .. the don’t think that hotel guests are in vocation … and the price of the stay is high.. there are no breakfast in the hotel and no parking.. but there is 5 minutes away walking parking cooperatives with the hotel…

This hotel has a great location, so close to the Duomo, but also nice and quiet. The room was very comfortable. Though you could describe it as functional, it was very well appointed and everything functioned! Free tea, coffee and water plus a safe were also great. Reception staff were very friendly.
