We had an amazing stay. The hotel is in a convenient location (right next to mall of Africa). The staff is the BEST. Helpful, friendly, and professional. Breakfast was amazing

It was on a transit and did not had much opportunity to explore. Hotel was good and clean for stay

The hotel is so clean and has the friendly staff from the security staff,reception, cleaning staff throughout. Our room was clean and well prepared when we get there… im definitely going back for another stay. I loved the ice machine they have. We also bought the water bottles.

I had the most amazing time with my friend. A special shout out to Percy who ensured that my reservation was honoured and made an amazing set up for my friend and I. Percy is a rockstar, you don’t get dedicated employees like that anymore!!!!!!

Issues with cleanness , i.e. little cockrochs. There was always a delay to get the irone. Cut A/C during night outside the informed time window of 4 hours only. Location is good but they keep nice view rooms for selected people only and every guest needs to negotiate.

Excellent place to stay. The breakfast was very delicious. Very friendly staff. Rooms is very clean and tidy and service daily. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone to stay on your next business trip. Beautiful garden and nice swimming pool.

Percy was sooooo amazing and went out of his way to decorate our table and printed a special message to ensure that me and family have a memorable Chris**as breakfast!! He is super professional and meticulous. He is a real asset to the hotel and has excellent customer service 👌 👏 😀 👍

Good for business meetings and we wouldn't mind going back The food and beverage was great and the staff was very welcoming. We definitely coming back for more trainings and expecting the very same awesome service and I intend to recommend it million times.

I was humbled by the personal experience from the moment I was warmly greeted at reception, the thank you card and gift in my room to the warm a**osphere at dinner and breakfast. The waitress even had a drink waiting for me at supper on the second night. She remembered me from the previous day. I highly recommend City Lodge Waterfall - They have excellent facilities and you are treated like family - well done to the management and staff.
