This hotel is located around a corner up on a hill away from noise and traffic. It is well appointed, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was good and contained a lot of varied items. The service was prompt and kind. I highly recommend this motel.

Property is extremely nice, close to amenities but off the beaten path. Rooms were clean, hot breakfast was good. First floor dedicated to travelers with pets. Had very noisy neighbors, but not a reflection on the property.

Everyone was very nice. The place was also very clean. My only complaint was the coffee was not very good and you need a warmer for your biscuits. You also need to put out some butter to soften instead of the refrigerator.

Did not get the room we paid for. Front desk refused to move us. The hotel was not booked, parking lot was empty.
We were in town for an important interview for our daughters med school, extremely disappointed! She had to sleep on an uncomfortable pull out sofa & the shower was broken.

Set up on a hill overlooking Cumberland Gap National Park in late October... what not to love. Beautiful part of out country.

The property was stylish, clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The surrounding area was proudly displaying beautiful fall colors.
