勝利者飯店(Hotel Victor South Beach)

Muito caro pelo que oferece. Muito barulhento, você escuta o que o quarto do lado esta fazendo, pessímo. Tamanho do quarto, ok, decoração e banheiro ok, mas muito escuro, e falta tomadas, tinha basicamente apenas 1 tomada no quarto que funcionava. Localização é boa, mas em local movimentado. A entrada do hotel fica fica junto com outros dois restaurantes que ficam como se fosse no mesmo bloco do hotel, muito confuso e dificil acesso. O Hotel não é o que parece nas fotos, e extremamente caro pelo que oferece. Não voltaria.

El hotel muy bonito, las habitaciones algo chicas, la alberca linda, la ubicación buena aunque en plena zona ***, cosa que no me molesta en absoluto pero no es lo mejor si vas en familia (abuela, niña y esposos) Lo pésimo fue que una noche regresamos de cenar y mi esposo y yo quisimos tomar algo en el balcón, salimos unos 15 minutos a platicar y nos metimos. De pronto, 1 am golpes fuertes en la puerta y tres personas de seguridad en forma muy agresiva diciendo que se habían quejado del ruido, que la gente quería dormir, que si yo estaba bien, cuando estuvimos solo un rato platicando sin gritar. Hay formas! Pudieron haber llamado por teléfono antes. Nos regalaron una botella de cava al día siguiente pero honestamente no regresaré debido a esta pésima experiencia. Ni qué decir que los balcones están hechos para no usarse.

The hotel itself was great! Fantastic location, great room, comfy bed, quiet up on the 7th floor! Free towel and beach chair rentals were a great bonus, as the hotel is right across from the beach. My one complaint is with the valet service. I called and contacted the hotel through email before my stay regarding storing my rental car there as I was only renting a car for a portion of my stay, and was met with mixed information or simply no response each time. This mixed information regarding parking unfortunately continued into my stay, and I was incredibly disappointed in the way Hotel Victor handled my parking situation.

Customer service at the front desk was lacking. Housekeeping staff consistently forgot towels and toiletries each day.

I was afraid to use the shower. The floor of the shower was extremely slippery and there were no grab bars.

Convenient access to the beach and boardwalk. Lots of dinning options nearby. Clean and updated rooms. Resort fee is well worth usage of the bikes and beach/pool towels. I would stay there again.

You can hear noise from the hallway. Reception or house keeping never answered the phone. Good location
