墨西哥城貝努斯蒂亞諾－卡蘭薩住宿飯店

我剛好在午飯前到達墨西哥,直到晚上才飛出去,所以在回家的航班前,我想找個地方衝個澡,打個,休息一下。我使用了一個應用程序搜索提供“日費率”的酒店,發現這個我印象深刻。從機場打的出租車價格爲MXN 45,我在十分鐘內到達。很大,雙目凝視,擋住了街道的噪音,還有很好的防黑盲,所以我在出去散步和從酒店附近的攤位搶點食物之前休息了幾個小時。在結帳前,我意識到我需要打印一些文件,接待處爲我免費做了這些,謝謝,我很樂意推薦這家酒店,再次入住,謝謝,安德魯

酒店挺方便，服務早餐都很好。如果一號客運大樓可以直接走過去。二號客運大樓需要在客運大樓裏找到酒店的服務點，一間小辦公室，在hertz旁邊，裏面會有工作人員安排小巴過來接。

酒店很好看起來有點舊,很破舊,但他們顯然在裝修過程中我有一個裝修的房間,這很好沒有什麼神奇的東西,但很好的國際商務酒店標準。我的問題是我有一個清晨到達,並直接打電話給 NH ,以確認如何預訂。作爲一家機場酒店,我假設不是所有的人下午三點辦理入住,到上午11點退房,不會那麼奇怪...,但在這種情況下機場被詛咒NH堅持標準規則。所以..爲了確保我跳過網上預訂,並與NH代理商交談,後者向我保證,當我在凌晨5點出現時,通過前一天晚上的預訂,一切都會好的...,但他們沒有把我當作一個沒有顯示的人處理,並試圖向我的信用卡收取費用,作爲安全措施,外國需要PIN...,所以他們取消了所有的東西當我出現時,他們最終接受了原來的價格,並大顯身手地展示了他們所做的巨大貢獻,因爲只剩下3個房間了並告訴我應該怎麼打電話(我的錯誤,我在幾天前做了EMAIL確認),但顯然是錯誤的....,所以不是一個糟糕的酒店,但不要期望任何靈活性或住宿安排奇怪的時間表,儘管它(實際上是在)機場

Lovely food in a relaxed setting, as we stopping in for breakfast after a long flight and too early an arrival to head straight to our accommodation. Great service from Alejandra, Salvador & Carlos and a DELICIOUS omelette from Elena, who all spoke great English and taught us how to say omelette in Spanish (“omelette”)

下機到B區扶梯上夾層長廊經天橋即直接進入酒店，特別方便，讓我們月餘三回進出墨西哥城都住在這裏。進酒店髙大中庭感覺很舒適，並列四部電梯能讓人順捷到樓層，門卡靠近房門即開，浴室面盆的三面鏡子由其獨特好用，卧具使人感到特別舒服，隔音效果確實不錯，在安靜的房窗口看飛機魚貫不斷起降，心情特好！前台、大廳、樓層的服務熱情認真，由其八樓小攴廳的一位服務員，雖然言語不通，讓我們十分滿意！確實是值得我們推薦的酒店。

到這個地方出差了好幾次，在這多次入住，可算得上都是常客了，環境衛生好，交通便利，所以三次有兩次都是在這家。

A lovely, clean hotel, not too far from the airport. Couldn't find much to do locally though. Great restaurant in the hotel was a bonus 👌

優質的服務和樂於助人的前台工作人員,特別是我們迷人的導遊,他在同一天幾個小時內爲我們提供了前往弗裏達卡洛博物館的入場券!!這是非凡的優質服務,我覺得很幸運選擇了那家酒店,並在我們在墨西哥城的短暫24小時訪問中獲得瞭如此棒的體驗。我們選擇了機場附近的酒店,他們提供往返機場的班車服務。我們不需要更多。

乾淨,位置好,做工不錯。又好又安靜。 我會推薦這個地方給那些中途停留時間短的人.

We stayed with the same hotel a week before on our way to Oaxaca they were great. However, we stay there a week later and the check in is great but after that the experience was terrible. The main reason we stayed was for the airport shuttle. When they pick you up it may be 10 minutes or an hour on arrivals. The real problem however is departures. We show up at 10:15 for the shuttle to take us back to the airport we don’t fly out until 1pm. We miss the shuttle by 1 minute not a big deal. They tell us 15 to 20 minutes and another shuttle will be here. He’s shows up 50 minutes later. So now it is 11:15 and we have checked bags. Then as he pulls up we politely enlighten him that we are going to miss our flight. He tells us “uno momento” 15 minutes later he is still no where to be seen. We have to fight with the front desk and the shuttle driver to even get them to take us. As he is walking out he is complaining and making hand gestures like we are rushing him even this he is providing the service that we have paid for. Then he has the audacity to ask us for a tip and gives us a very hard time for not tipping him after we begged him for 20 minutes to take us to the airport for our flight. If we new that is was gonna be an hour instead of stringing us along always saying 10 to 5 more minutes we would have just taken an uber to the airport. Bottom line stay somewhere else because the customer is not out first at this hotel. We will never ever be staying there again. Bottom line is there is no rhyme or reason to their shuttle and they are in no rush to get you to the airport. Ps. We are Americans and understand it is laid back in Mexico compared to the states but this was zero concerns about the customer.
