這家青旅的住房真的是差差差，我訂的四人間有衛生間，房子小到兩人無法挫身且無窗，有一天早上我出去又回房間一開門強烈的臭氣又把我撞了出來惡臭撲鼻，房間沒有空調衹有一個電扇24小時開着，而且牀上衹有一個小枕頭沒有睡覺蓋的東東， 旅舍沒有免費的早餐和水飲，一層有一付費餐廳。旅舍的交通還方便出門有地鐵和公共車。

我們的房間有點簡約主義房間,但牀還可以,乾淨,wifi,都工作了。工作人員很有幫助。街道邊相當吵。地鐵近,市中心和很多吃飯的地方,一些不錯的步行街也很近

The Novotel Mexico City Centro Histórico is a new hotel. Its newness shows in any number of ways, both good and bad. First the good: Staff were all friendly. And my room was shiny new and free of signs of wear. Everything in the room worked perfectly. It is true that the room was rather small and that the view was mostly of a blank wall. Since I was by myself and did not spend much time in the room during the day, these latter issues didn’t bother me very much. There were, however, some issues that were also perhaps related to the hotel’s newness. The cleaning staff didn’t empty the wastebasket on the first day and didn’t replenish the Nespresso pods on the second. Perhaps they should start working from a checklist … ? Also, breakfast was only available half an hour later than advertised. And, oddly, only certain guests were offered omelettes. And, as someone who doesn’t eat meat, I was bothered by a cheese-and-luncheon-meat plate on which the cheese and luncheon meat were piled on top of each other. I would also have appreciated labels on the four stew-like dishes on offer—I couldn’t tell what they contained. There is also the issue of billing. When I checked in at 3 p.m., I was asked to pay the entire bill—no problem there. But, when I arrived in my room, I found an e-mail from hotel management informing me that, because the hotel was extra busy, I’d already been charged for day 1. It’s true that I’d opted for a “flexible” rate which required me to agree to pay for the first day whether I showed up or not, but it was a little startling to be charged for a no-show before the earliest possible check-in time—and then charged again when I checked in. It took a week for the double charge to disappear from my credit-card statement. I can’t believe Accor would have approved of this billing procedure. The thing that most bothered me about the hotel was the absence of a minibar. The TripAdvisor website—and also the websites of several booking agencies—all claim that rooms in the Novotel Mexico City Centro Histórico have minibars. The Accor website, I’ll admit, doesn’t. But I guess I’ve come to expect that hotels of a certain class would have minibars. And I missed having one, not for overpriced drinks, but for the groceries I bought. I wasn’t, in other words, very enthusiastic about the Novotel Mexico City Centro Histórico, although I acknowledge that, with a few changes, it could most definitely be turned into a very good hotel.

Das ”Estoril” in Mexico-City ist ein Vertragshotel von Select Holidays, das im Rahmen einer Lidl Mexiko-Rundreise angefahren wird. Es ist eigentlich sehr gut gelegen. Von hier aus bis zum schönen Park, dem Kunstmuseum und der Innenstadt ist es nicht weit. Leider macht der schlechte Service diesen ersten guten Eindruck schnell zunichte. So bekamen meine Frau und ich ein Zimmer zugewiesen, das noch von einem Freund einer Angestellten belegt war... Bei der Bitte um ein neues Zimmer stellte sich heraus, dass die Rezeption kein Englisch kann. Nach langem Hin und Her bekamen wir ein neues Zimmer - mit Blick in einen Hinterhof. Für den ersten Abend wurde uns von der Reiseleitung ein Abendessen versprochen. Darüber wusste man aber nichts im Hotel, und wir bekamen es erst nach vielen Telefongesprächen. Weiterer Kritikpunkt: der Fahrstuhl! Bei dem alten Teil ist man selbst aus unserer 5. Etage zu Fuß schneller wieder im Erdgeschoss. Und dann das Frühstück: Hier hat man sich mal preussisch korrekt an die Öffnungszeiten gehalten und die Schlangen vor dem Raum ignoriert. Die Speisen waren dann ein Witz: Rührei, Pfannkuchen, ein bisschen Marmelade. Und ständig waren die Speisen aus und man musste auf Nachschub warten. Der Frühstücksraum war im übrigen ohne Fenster und daher nicht sehr gemütlich. Das Hotel kann man beim besten Willen nicht empfehlen!

位置好，安全，周圍很多吃的。離中餐館近。據說墨西哥外交部就在附近。中國城也是很近。早餐一般。不習慣墨西哥的口味。

我和我的伴在今年10月底在酒店住了,上到CDMX,我與酒店聯繫,並申請了位置,接待指示我一個完全遠離實際位置的點,爲出租車服務的收費比估計要高,謝謝出租車司機,他指引我們走到正確的位置,這就在我們到達的位置,這位經理我們一,知道他故意提供錯誤的信息。在這種初始惡之後,我們被分配了不同的房間,其傢俱和髒的損,甚至排水器也沒有安裝好,而且不斷產生典型的不的氣味,髒的毛,破的傢俱,甚至是無電池的遙控器,在房間牆上,而一個非常嚴重的問題是,試圖與管理人員或客戶服務人員通信的行爲,總是被拒絕注意。我絕對不會再利用這個“酒店”的服務不足。

酒店房間整潔衞生，早餐不錯，設施還可以，在改革大道自由女神旁邊，比較方便，離美國大使館很近，也很安全。服務員態度都很好，搭乘酒店出租車都很熱情好客，其中有一位🚕司機還給我免了一小時的費用400比索。於是預約他第二天下午5點送我去機場!
