樂赫瓦納皮耶雷與假日精品住宅(Residence Pierre & Vacances Premium l'Hevana)

Hôtel très agréable et propre, en plein centre, près des pistes avec complexe sauna piscine excellent après une journée fatiguante...l'accueil est super pro, les services au top...vous pouvez garer votre véhicule et faire un maximum de choses à pied ou en transfert en commun.

Dès le début mauvaises coordonnées de l'établissement..établissement invisible de l'extérieur..piece de reception indigne d'1 5*..appart ne correspondant pas à la demande..propriété ➕️ que litigieuse..piscine réservée aux enfants (maxi 0.90 m)..expo de l'appart catastrophique..ni la vue ni l'étage ne correspondent à notre demande..l'utilisation du balcon impossible ( l'un au ras de la route et l'autre ne voyant pas le soleil..notre confiance envers Hotel.cpm est largement entamée..

Magnifique résidence en plein coeur de Méribel! Accueil et prestations au top, locaux magnifiques, personnel et direction très à l'écoute, tout est réuni pour que l'on y passe des vacances de rêve! Encore merci pour ce séjour exceptionnel !

Nous avons séjourné dans cette résidence la deuxième semaine du mois de mars L’appartement était canon avec bain à remous, sauna, et Cheminee Quel plaisir en rentrant du ski de se réchauffer comme ça!!! je ne pense pas que tous les appartements aient le sauna et la cheminée mais c’était un vrai plus pour nous (nous étions au A 501) Nous avons également profité de la piscine et du jacuzzi extérieur située dans le même immeuble et c’était génial car on pouvait descendre directement en peignoir et pantoufle !!!😃 La résidence est très bien placée on traverse la passerelle et on est directement ski aux pieds les enfants étaient ravis Aucun problème pour dormir de notre côté , malgré les avis que j’avais lu auparavant, je pense que tout a été réglé pour qu’il n’y ai plus aucune nuisance sonore Surtout n’hésitez pas si vous voulez alliez le luxe et le confort d’une résidence premium au sport & aux bonnes journées de ski dans Les 3 Vallées🎿🚡

We had a fantastic two week stay in a two bed apar**ent in Jan 2023. The hotel staff made our stay really enjoyable and were very helpful. The hotel is in a great location with a short 200m walk to the escalator to access the ski slope. There is a supermarket, butcher and the patisserie just across the bridge. And there is another SPAR supermarket 5 min walk down the hill. Best of all the hotel has a deal with the patisserie shop if you order by 7pm and then delivers fresh baguette, croissants to reception ready for pick up at 7.30am. Everything is in walking distance from the hotel The indoor pool and sauna is great after a hard days skiing. The hot tub outside was good but could of been a bit hotter. Once you get used to the passageways in the hotel it is easy to navigate. The ski lockers were big enough for four sets of skis and boots. If you need to do washing there is only two washing machines in the complex so plan ahead. We have skied many places around the world and we are coming back in Jan 2024 as we had such a great time in Meribel and the three vallies. There is so much skiing we did not do and we are advanced skiers. Some days we were skiing 50km and we were very lucky with the snow and we got some great powder days and off piste skiing. Hopefully we can get it again in Jan 2024!

Alround excellent facilities, perfectly appointed apar**ent with south facing wrap around balcony. Lovely attentive staff, great ski lockers. Extremely attentive staff. The views are amazing, the snow and weather hard to beat (not sure how they arranged that;-)

We had a fantastic time here. We had a 3 bedroom apar**ent with the rooms upstairs and a lounge and kitchen downstairs. We ate in most evenings and found the kitchen equipment sufficient for our needs. The apar**ent was of a high standard and the beds including the sofa bed was comfy. The pool was amazing and a great facility. I emailed the hotel before arriving asking for a room far from the bar as I heard it was noisy. The hotel did as requested and we were far away so thank you! The layout in the boot room took some getting used too. Perhaps better signage would help. You need one entrance to get in and another to get out. We would definitely stay here again if in Méribel!

On top of the cleanliness and condition of our duplex room and amenities - those working in the hotel were super helpful, kind and always smiling.!!
