孟菲斯機場萬怡飯店(Courtyard Memphis Airport)

Very nice hotel, free parking and breakfast, free shuttle to the airport.

我在 VA 手術的前一天晚上住在這裏。工作人員很友好，很乾凈而且很安靜。位置有點奇怪。

Read the reviews before going and was concerned as my 21 year old daughter was staying there with a friend for a conference. They were completely accommodating, made sure their room was closer to the front desk and explained that the crime issues are all over Memphis, assured there is a 10-foot fence around the parking lot that can only be accessed with a room key for opening and were very friendly to work with. Jason, the manager, was very helpful and gave us peace of mind. The rooms were in great condition and they had a pleasant stay.

Staff was very nice. Unfortunately out of 4 nights we only had housekeeping 1 day. First time we asked, we’re were told they would put us on the list. We could see the housekeeping cart in the hallway. The next time we asked we were told there is NO housekeeping. The next morning we saw the housekeeper and she said she would make sure we were taken care of and she did! One morning there was no breakfast.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport and highways which were minutes away and perfect for my business needs. Room was comfortable, bathroom and shower area very clean with ample space, and bedding was very clean and comfortable. The on site Bistro was great for a quick bite to eat and relaxing. The only negative thing I would say, which is not a mark against the hotel is that it is located in a business area with very limited dining options otherwise it was a great stay.
