This hotel is clean with a pleasant staff, but the artificial fragrance when you enter the lobby about bowls you over. The smell permeates the hallways and into the rooms. It made me physically quite sick, and I so wish we would have just walked right out again. Many people in the general population cannot tolerate synthetic fragrances, and not everyone likes it either. We won't go back.

I stayed there last night in McLean, Illinois. Very nice place, the Patels are friendly and very honest people. I got treated first class all the way.

decent basic hotel. a little rough around the edges comfortable bed but overall nice. a bit of a strange/musty smell in the water . right off the highway, so easy to get to. a mcdonalds and truck stop across the parking lot. I would come back but I would definitely bring bottled water.

(the manager's email reply was 'we're glad you found our hotel suitable for your stay' meaning, it was a canned reply, he/it never even read my complaint. They know there's enough unsuspecting suckers that will get hooked!). - Towels were all yellow-stained, worn and old. - Internet almost non-existent, My verizon phone internet could not pick up a signal, not hotel's fault, but switched to hotel internet and it was just barely two bars and very slow, so don't stay here if you need internet for work. - Bed not comfortable, thin and lumpy mattress. - Counter guy was fine but he told me there was no national news channels on the TVs. However, upon checking out, I was told there IS national news, but its' on the back of a HUGE menu guide that requires you to enter four digits per channel - very inconvenient. - No breakfast other than some kid juice and packaged muffins. Best thing about this hotel is there's a McDonalds in adjacent parking lot. - If I were in the area again I'd go elsewhere next time.

Nice helpful staff and very clean hotel and rooms. There is a McDonald’s right next door and across the highway is a cafe and a Subway sandwich shop. Nice small town of McLean. There is also an 80s arcade and pinball machine place couple blocks from hotel in the town of McLean. There is also a gas station right next to hotel .

It's getting harder & harder to find any place decent under $100! This location is your standard S8 but the young man at the front desk, Abi, was exceptional! I have mobility issues & cannot navigate stairs so called prior to making a reservation online to ensure a downstairs room, and Abi cheerfully accommodated me request. I managed my rolling briefcase & satchel, but he went out of his way to carry my rather heavy 12v cooler to my room, which I very much appreciated. Room #119 was clean & comfortable w/fridge/micro & free wifi w/ample signal. Towels were bright white. Slept well on comfortable bed w/linens in good repair & 3 pillows. There is truck parking out back. Being so close to the Interstate, there is a bit of noise but I travel with foam earplugs which rectified that issue. I declined the grab & go continental. There is a McDonalds nearby & Dixie Diner at the truck stop across the street. If you are just passing through & all you want is a clean & comfortable place to sleep, this should meet your needs but ask to see your room 1st if you have any doubts :-D

we stay here every year on the way from Michigan to Texas. Clean, friendly, cool AC, comfy beds and great internet! People are outstandingly friendly. Close to gas and food. Right off the highway and easy on and off.

This was the typical experience you expect from Wyndham. Affordable, easy check-in and no surprises. I have nothing negative to review. Wyndham is still at the top of my recognized trusted brands along with Hilton. The room was clean and easily accessible.

Hotel looked better from the outside. Interior rooms were Old and out dated. Owners are still doing a simple bag breakfast so to save $$. Price was high compared to value. Don’t stay here, look else next time.

We always seek budget hotels on road trips because it's just one night. But cleanliness & comfort are very important. This place certainly met that requirement. Our only suggestion would be a bit more of an attractive layout & offering for the breakfast.

The stay was very enjoyabe. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. the staff members were nice and professional . The location of the hotel mis very conducive to our likening. we like it in the country than in the Urban sometimes. the cost was affordable too.

OK for price. Pet fee publicly posted $15 but charged $20. Ice machine good for making snow cones but not for keeping food cold for any time. Free hot breakfast is a lie. Not even hot water available.

We stayed overnight while on a road trip south. Check in was quick and staff was friendly. It's nothing fancy but room was clean and quiet. It's conveniently located off highway. Pet fee was reasonable. In the morning there was coffee in the lobby and a grab and go breakfast.

One night stay was very nice as they left us visit in their breakfast area for the evening. Very nice couple that run this hotel. It was also very clean. No breakfast offered at this time. It is right off the highway also.
