Like this hotel very much, it is new and clean. will stay again

The location is great, near to some restaurants and some grocery stores as well. Good place for transit

Very thin walls. We could hear the adjoining rooms talking y and coughing. Bathroom sink drain ran very slowly. Shampoo in the shower was empty. However, the front desk employees were very nice and accommodating.

Looked great from the outside and lobby but then we got in the elevator. Filthy! Stained carpet with a dirty area rub that was filthy on top of it. The couch in my room was covered in stains. There was hair in the shower. I went and told the front desk and she said, “Sorry we are sold out.” She asked if I would like house keeping in the morning and they could clean it and do normal tidying up. Yes please. Returned the next day to nothing done. The pool is a real disappoin**ent. Tiny! When checking out I asked to speak to a manager and was told they would pass on the information. ******* needs to do a better job on checking in on hotel cleanliness.

We stayed for 2 nights. From the Front desk staff to the breakfast buffet staff everyone was attentive, friendly, and helpful. While the hotel was under renovation which they said will be completed by April (2024) we did not experience any issues with noise or inconveniences. We booked a king room and that was clean, spacious and comfortable. The fitness room was small with two treadmills and one elliptical luckily had it to our selves when we utilized it. They also had a small pool and hot tub. FYI, our room had not been renovated yet but was more than acceptable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would return if staying in Medford again.

The property was well maintained. It was right off the freeway. The breakfast was good and it was not crowded on a Monday morning. The only complaint was the bed was a little soft for me.
