每次來夏洛特都住這裏，這次趕上一幫孩子們聚會，真是要命了…

大學城內 酒店很新 乾淨 安全 工作人員友好 附近開車5-10分鐘內有很多餐廳 ikea在旁邊

The location was great. It wasn’t far from any stores. The pool was nice! The breakfast was good 👍🏾 Would stay again!

The room we had had alot of space .. that was excellent … now there was a few small hairs on the bed/ pillow and quite a few of them in the roll of tissue .. which was odd and a little gross but our front desk agent Jake was very polite and courteous and informative I so appreciated that… thanks for making us feel welcome Jake

The water was cold with first shower and freezing the second shower, was also disappointed only had orange juice not the other juices, other that everything was ok.

No hot water for showering. Fridge in room was broken. Some of the light switches were broken. Room door lock sometimes wouldn’t lock all the way.

Travelled with family for 1 day, it was nice experience. this property is very close to Ikea, walmart and other shopping center.

Very clean, and up to date. Beds are great. We all slept better than our own beds at home. USB outlets in our room, didn’t work. That’s the only thing that wasn’t up to par.

The room met all of my expectations, the coustomer service was about and beyond

Came in at 10 pm . Front desk person was outside smoking. We pulled in hot out stuff out brought it in and still had to wait for front desk guy so we can check in, can running in after we shortly waited. Slow check in. Floor when we walk in dirty- coffee drink drops sticky floor not cleaned well from last visit, chaise not the cleanest.

No complaints. Quick and easy check in. Safe area. Easy parking. Nice room. A good variety for the included breakfast.

It’s not bad at all so for I can hear the guy snoring next-door when I was trying to sleep and the hot water don’t stay warm at all other than that the room was clean could’ve been a little bit better

I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It is in a very convenient location. The staff were very professional and hospitable. Checking in was a breeze and they accommodated our requests for room service in a timely manner. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and they offer a good breakfast that ends at a reasonable time. We will be returning on my next trips.

The hotel is so close to the shopping are and places to eat.
