Beautiful view of Medellin. Location is safe and walking distance to Provenza. Facility is modern and very clean. Staff is friendly to tourists and very accommodating.

Rooms are pretty small. The location of the hotel is good. They also serve vegetarian food in breakfast. All good restaurants are nearby. Even Indian restaurants are at walking distance.

Nice hotel

Great room nicely furnished with all you could need, fridge, coffee maker, kettle. Bathroom was a bit tight, but shower was powerful and water was super hot. Great bed with nice sheets & pillows with super thick towels in the bathroom. Location was perfect close to lots of restaurants and the metro. Would definitely stay here again.

The stay was great. All the employees were nice & helpful. Especially Ser & Julie. Room was nice.I had the king size bed with the tub for 1nite cuz we got there a day early. I didn't use the tub, so no input on that. They offered robs & slippers set out on the bed, didn't use. For the 2nd room it was the large king bed also just no tub. Loved it. The rooms aren't that big, (hence square footage) but its functional. Mini fridge, iron, first set of snacks complimentary, bottle water was free with allowance of 2 a day. I didn't include the breakfast but nobody I was with had anything good to say about it & they didn't eat it again while we there. We went out to eat breakfast. Plenty of food places around to choose from that's walking distance, we uber to some also. Take note use Uber, DO NOT use taxi, stay away from the taxi! They are scammers. The shower is a big walk in, very nice, great hot water. Now the club is on the roof top & its open until 3am. Walls are thin so you here the music the whole time. So if u go 2 bed early or you are trying 2 rest on vacation, this is not the hotel for you. Believe everything u read or heard about the loud noise. They have black out curtains which was my favorite cuz I got 2 sleep in after getting in 3 or 4 in the morning. It is located in a party area, so it's always something to do.They don't have wash towel, I had to wash with a hand towel. I felt very safe walkin along by myself at night. Mattress is hard but weren't uncomfortable.

Desde el momento en que entré por la puerta hasta que salí, me sentí muy atendida y recibí un excelente servicio. Se lo recomendaría a todos los que quieran disfrutar de una experiencia única en Medellín, en un hotel cinco estrellas. El hotel está ubicado en El Poblado, un barrio que se encuentra en la zona sur de Medellín y es considerado uno de los lugares más turísticos de la ciudad. Si quieres bailar, comer y disfrutar toda la noche, El Poblado es el lugar. El Sr. Rubén, en la recepción, fue uno de los mejores servicio al cliente que recibimos. Rubén es un ejemplo de ir más allá en cuanto al servicio al cliente y la atención. Gabriel, el guardia de seguridad y Rubén, hicieron que sea más agradable nuestra estadía. Todo el personal fueron muy servicial y atentos. El hotel tiene una azotea muy hermosa donde puedes disfrutar de comidas y bebidas y una vista espectacular. Hay un buffet para el desayuno, y la comida muy deliciosa. La habitación estaba muy limpia, aunque no era muy espaciosa para el precio. La ubicación del hotel era estupenda, muy segura, cerca de muchos restaurantes, cafeterías y bares. La zona se sentía segura. A poca distancia de Barrio Provenza, donde podrás divertirte toda la noche.Esta zona es de fácil acceso desde cualquier punto de la ciudad, Fue fácil llegar y salir del aeropuerto utilizando el servicio de transporte privado. Definitivamente regreso y lo recomiendo a todos Gracias a todos! 5 Estrellas

well located to be close to the action. very beautiful and clean. The staff is very friendly and helped us with any questions we had and they speak English. The big problem is the noise at night from the nightclubs. Even with traffic jams it's impossible to sleep and I'm not someone who has a light stomach. if you are a night owl perfect for you. It gets quiet from 5am. Bien situé pour être proche de l'action. très beau est propre. Le staff est très sympathique et nous a aidé avec toute les questions que nous avions et il parle anglais. Le gros problème c'est le bruit la nuit a cause des discothèque. même avec des bouchons c'est impossible de dormir et je ne suis pas quelqu'un qui a le sommet léger. si vous êtes un oiseau de nuit parfait pour vous. Ça devient tranquille à partir de 5h am.

I highly recommend it to you guys!! :)) This hotel is amazing! Very clean, very nice, very aesthetic most importantly very comfortable and safe!! They got one of the nicest & kindest staff!! ＜3 They are very helpful and always there for you! And as for the location it’s perfect. It is close to everything. It’s in a very safe area! So I highly recommend it! I was so satisfied with the service that we extended our stay!! 😊

Un bruit épouvantable, les fenêtres sont à simple vitrage alors que l’hôtel est dans un quartier très animé par des bars et discothèques ouverts jusqu’à l’aube. Je n’ai pas pu dormir correctement. C’est inadmissible, étant l’essence même d’un hôtel. Chambre exiguë. Suis très déçu et surtout épuisé pour la suite de mes vacances en Colombie
