Overall, this place is good with clean room, better front desk service, better location. But there was noise in the late night.

La atención es buena, y la valoración de 7.0 es real, pero la habitación suministrada tiene una humedad con un olor tremendo que produjo rinitis en mis hijos. Se nota que esto lleva mucho tiempo, pero los tomadores de decisiones hacen nada.

Insectos y cucarachas en el baño, baño pequeño, sin parqueadero, se paga en recepción un impuesto adicional por la reserva online me quede 1 noche en mi caso fueron 11 mil pesos ... La atención es buena , la higiene de las hab puede mejorar....

El hotel, tiene gran accesibilidad. Nuestra habitación fue la 306, no contaba con espejo y la ventilación era muy poca.

So small bathrooms, dangerous stairs, noises at night. Romms of three beds not have windows.

Tha room had issues of ventilation. It was clean but full of fumes from the detergents used.

The rooms in this hotel are SAUNAS. The staff are AMAZING and FRIENDLY, so it is hard to leave a review like this - but I’d want to have been warned before coming, so here it is: There are cockroaches in my room, there is no air-con even when the listing says there is (only a fan), my room is hotter than the corridor of the hotel, the wifi is TRASH. The situation FORCES you out into the city because you can’t stay in a room like this during the day for more than an hour. Really disappointed with the hotel - really satisfied with the service; bittersweet.
