For 1 they should not be able to call this a resort. I believe it was apartments that were divided and separated by walls that moved if you pushed on them. Location was nice. The grass around it was 6 inches long and full of ****s. I would not recommend this property.

The worst place i ever been in ..the staff in the morning shift are the worst...you can't asked for assistance..very rude..

The Royal Harbour Resort (RHR), needs a refresh that should start with the rooms, WiFi service and better separtaion of the pool from the main lobby area. The rooms are dated with the bathrooms looking like something from the 80's. The furniture just looks old, but the bed was very comfortable and had a fresh feel to it. A+ for the bed, but C- for the furniture and room colours. The WiFi was completely unacceptable. In our first floor room the WiFi was so weak that you could only browse something on your tablet or phone if you sat at the entrance from the the hallway. Move a few steps from the doorway and the signal was too weak to actually download pictures or images on a simple email. Move to the living room area or bedroom area of the studio suite and there was no WiFi signal. Finally the pool... the stink from it filled the front lobby the minute you walked in from outside and the hallway all the way down to our room. I was hoping to use the suites at this hotel as a place for my six ski buddies and myself to stay this winter on our weekly ski outings to the Blue Mountain resorts but that won't be happening. Most disappointing. Certainly didn't live up to the beautiful view out the front door of the Thornbury harbour marine and Georgian Bay.

Old and dated! Needs renovations. Priced way too high for the condition

So disappointed, with this Resort (not Resort at all) As I'm checking in at 4:00pm, unaccountable for mistakes at the front desk. As ******* tells you 4p.m. is check in and they said it is 5:00 pm. As I stood to check in water was dripping from vents on my head. (Legionnaires disease) is all I'm thinking, again girls behind desk don't worn you, don't put a sign that it is dripping dirty water on you. They only let one person at a time check in and have the lobby door locked. Not a great welcome. The hotel room is so old and smelly . Just wanted my money back and go home.

There was construction in the unit next to us. It started really early. Air compressor and drill right next to our bed. Waking us up and our kids

Nice location, close to the harbour. There is a small hot tub and a swimming pool that you have to book in advance. Room is big but the bathroom was gross. Lot of mold in the shower wall.

They don’t have proper service for wifi, television, heating/ air conditioning.

The place is very OLD, still CARPET, the SHOWER is miserable; urgently needs a renovation, I would not prefer one more time to stay.
