Terrible mattres

Great mattress and friendly staff, but very bad accommodations. Stayed at another Sleep Inn for same price earlier in the week and it was fabulous, so it isn’t the brand, it is the location. First room had chemical smell so strong it burned your eyes. Second room, door would not latch, AC did not work correctly, wall decorations missing, towel holder falling off, window covering falling off. We wanted to check out and go somewhere else, but had already paid, and nearby hotels were at capacity.

The room was clean. Yay, no carpet. Comfortable bed and pillows. Front desk person pleasant. First room smelled like smoke. Immediately she changed our room. The air conditioner heating unit worked well. The sink was in the room with toilet and shower separate.

Everything was great until morning when I felt like I was in the movie "My cousin Vinny." Train whistles woke me twice before I planned to get up.

We arrived very tired, key wouldnt work, had to go back to desk, ice machine broken, desk brought us ice, were told about buffet breakfast which was stuff to be heated up in micro, 1 jam choice, no peanut butter, or ketchup. Coffee was terrible, garbage pails in coffee area overflowing. Bed wasnt level, sloped to middle.overall bad experience!

I booked a presidential Queen like they had advertised when I got to the hotel they stuck me in a small Queen with no chair that was the main reason I booked the bigger Queen they said they didn't have that room and it wasn't available but it showed on the website three were there

Very economical place to stay with friendly staff and adequate continental breakfast (kudos for having it available on Chris**as Day when we stayed there). Low marks for cleanliness because the fixtures in the bathroom were rusty and rickety, although they worked okay.

I needed to go out of my way to write this review. And I will begin by saying the front desk staff was very nice. But....I cannot even say you get what you pay for bc I stayed in an exact same priced hotel the night before and it was night and day different. This place is very bad. Dirty shower, busted things around the room, tp holder falling off the wall, outlets...Breakfast was not even worth taking. I needed a place basically to sleep and this barely met that. Gave 2 stars bc of service, and location. Everything else was awful.

The hotel was very clean! The staff was attentive and very welcoming! I most definitely recommend!
