I liked how the room had space , it was clean , sheets were clean

All staff was extremely nice and friendly. Front desk, cleaning staff, and breakfast staff all greeted you with a smile that didn’t feel fake but was genuinely nice and friendly. I definitely will stay here again when I’m in the area.

Everything was fantastic. No issues at all. OUTSTANDING!!

Conveniently located, nice location would highly recommend

This hotel was recently renovated. It was updated, clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff friendly. We were very pleased with our stay.

The hotel was nice, clean and staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. It was very inconvenient to find out that our rooms aren't stocked with any towels or washcloths. We checked in late around 7:30 pm and took the elevator and did notice another patron carrying towels and washcloths. We didn't realize we didn't have towels until we were ready to shower. My husband went down to the front desk and was given 2 towels and 2 hand towels but was told they were out of wash cloths???

Front desk woman was overly aggressive angry and a down right bully. Booked a handicap accessible room. Have a service animal. Woman comes banging on the door yelling that “dogs” aren’t aloud. Told us we aren’t aloud to have our service animal there and we must leave immediately. Contacted management which told us a 24 hour notice of service animals is required. Never does it state this on the Hotel app. Nigh**are! Will NEVER return to this property that discriminates against disabled people.
