聖路易斯韋斯特波特拉昆塔溫德姆套房飯店(La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham St. Louis Westport)

Our room looked quite nice at first, but the longer we looked, the worse it got. Brown stuff on a chair. Another chair looked like it had been chewed on. Beat up walls. Carpet was filthy. Poor selection of toiletries offered. And our toilet spewed water out of the side every time we flushed. Staff was mediocre at best. Breakfast was adequate, but I was looking forward to my hotel waffle and the batter was watered down. Bed was clean and comfortable at least. Slept well enough though, and we were only passing through.

La habitación no estaba muy limpia, sobre todo detrás de las mesas de noche, donde había un paquete de snacks y un pedazo de dulce. La alfombra necesita una buena limpieza y en el baño todo funcionaba bien pero las molduras estaban despegadas, el sellador alrededor del lavamanos despegado y la tina bastante gastada. El baño funcionaba bien pero estaba un poco feo. Estuve 3 noches y no me limpiaron la habitación ni una sola vez. El área del desayuno es muy pequeña, estaba abarrotada y no tenían frutas como en otros hoteles, sólo unos tarritos de frutas picadas en almíbar demasiado dulces. La parte buena es que las camas estaban bien, el acondicionador de aire bien, al igual que el refrigerador y el microondas. El estacionamiento muy bueno y amplio y bien ubicado cerca de la autopista. No usé la piscina ni el gimnasio. El personal fue amable y cortés.

Airport shuttle didn't start until 7, too late to be useful. Only restaurant nearby was a hooters. Only one cup and coffee packet in room, couldn't get more.

L’établissement était malpropre et défraîchi. Manque de serviettes dans les chambres. Papier hygiénique manquant. Draps pas propres. Je ne recommande vraiment pas cet hôtel.

the hotel was dirty in the room, and bathroom was not clean. The smoke detector was not working and hanging from the wall. the heating system was not working properly.

The outside of the hotel and the lobby area were nice and clean, but once you head towards the rooms the cleanliness of the building went downhill fast. The entire first floor smelled like cigarettes. I was staying on the second floor. There were bags of trash sitting in the hallways and various items of trash (torn rags, food packages, etc) were also sitting in the hallway. The hallways and stairwells smelled bad. In my room, the TV stand was broken, the shower wasn’t working right, and there was mold on the tub and shower curtain. The walls are also paper thin. I could constantly hear movement above me, the TV in the room next to mine, and I could hear every door closing and people in the hallways. I tried the breakfast on Saturday. It was extremely crowded, there weren’t enough tables in the lobby, and the tables weren’t cleaned. By the time I got the hot breakfast items, they were cold. I was very uncomfortable my entire stay. I was barely able to get any sleep due to all the commotion.

The hotel is not a place that I will stay again. The shower has mold around the tub, not enough towels, the place was dirty and noisy.
