DO NOT BELIEVE THE PHOTOS. The photos and reviews on this site are VERY misleading. The property is filthy, the facilities are VERY poorly maintained. The staff is friendly enough, but definitely undersupported. The staff told us the suite would have a door that would close the living space, but it didn’t- the suite is just 2 hotel rooms with a bed removed. Both sinks were completely clogged during our stay and there was no maintenance person on-site. I called the front desk 6 times to report the problem, but she was outside smoking, but offered to ask the manager to take “$20 bucks off or something “. We were also told that there was an available pack and play or crib for our 1 year old, but there was not. So, we went to target and bought one (as well as sheets to make sure our kids had somewhere clean to sleep. As we were checking out, 3 cop cars and ambulance pulled in to investigate something (not sure what). Don’t stay here.

I would not recommend this hotel. It is very run down. Stains all over carpets, elevator doors don’t close all the way. Did not feel safe with other clientele. Had to call 911 for domestic abuse happening in a room. Police activity seemed normal. We packed our bags and got out of there as soon as we could.

Going downhill from previous stats. I.e. Moldy smell, stains, slow draining tub in room. But helpful front desk clerk, bed comfortable, full breakfast Far from downtown activities but close to airport.

The place was not great. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. However, the place is definitely dated, the hallway carpet had bleach stains, the tub was rusted, and worst of all, the room smelled moldy.

Hot breakfast was good, nice clean room beautifulfountainsand pond out back. 1/2 of the top floor was under construction and blocked off, would still stay again.

The staff was very nice. Front desk clerk was great. The room outdated the hallways and elevator was dirty. The room was outdated and not the cleanest. Carpet was dirty in room and lamps had so much old dirt couldn’t even wipe it off before I touched them. The plus side it was very quiet and safe.

First of all, GRACE at the front desk during the day is the best thing about this property. She was professional and very nice and genuinely cared about my stay. Upon check in, we were given a dirty room. We went back to the desk and they gave us another with no issues. Property needs repairs and upgrades desperately. No working ice machines so you have to get ice from desk. Breakfast that is offered is just a small grab and go continental breakfast. Products in cooler not good- cooler wasn’t cold enough. Location of property was good for our needs

Our expectations about this property were high but once we arrived and began to walk the property, those high expectations were lowered. The elevators were kind of dirty and need cleaning. The walls and floor. The elevator says ICE is available on the 4th,5th,and 6th floor. That is NOT true. We went to the 4th,5th, and 6th floor only to discover a dark and inoperative ice machine with NO lighting in the corner. We felt UNSAFE. We woke up multiple times through out the night sweating, coughing,and gasping for air. The air was on 65 degrees COOL. We took a shower and a bath at the same time due to the tub filling up to our ankles while showering. It was weird because there was no stopper in the tub. Between the shady ice corners, the smothering air, and shower and bath at the same time. Our stay was Not pleasant. On a good note, the back patio was a very nice view on the back.
