Siamo stati dirottati qui dopo una prenotazione su Booking per un Riad dello stesso gruppo ma meno bello Siamo stati fortunati perché questo era molto più bello e ci diedero uodgrade alla suite Riad con piscina stupenda, colazione a bordo piscina fatta al momento e la camera era molto elegante con due bagni e 4 letti Personale giovane ma disponibile (non tutti parlano inglese) Riad su più piani e con terrazzo magnifico (usato poco causa caldo folle ad agosto) Davveor nel cuore della media e non pericoloso Tutto silenzioso e pacifico, sentivi solo gli uccellini Piscina piccola ma gradevole (non ci puoi notare ecco) Solo arrivarci non era semplice perché le macchine non possono entrare e subito devi contrattare per il prezzo dell’aiuto per portare bagagli Ma fa parte dell’esperienza

Arrived home late last night from this amazing Riad! Like others have said in previous reviews, this really is your own oasis in the. middle of the hustle bustle that is the Old Town of Marrakech! I cant say enough good things about our hosts Mohammed and Zee, they are such an asset to this Riad, they take the time to get to know you, offer valuable information, nothing is ever too much. They organised day trips for us, took us to the taxi rank on serveral occassions, I 100% belive you should get the Riad to organise you a taxi from the Airport to the Riad, it is not easy to find at all, no signs, every street looks like the next etc. Download the App that is recommended, this saved us more than a few occassions, no wifi needed for the map. Take Mohammed and Zees advice on who to avoid (for some reason everyone wants you to visit a Tannery and wants to point you in the direction of the "big square" then wants money for this!! Check in at the Riad, is easy, like the hosts said "Treat this like your house" my daughter enjoyed the small, clean, freezing pool, the room was BEAUTIFUL and super clean, actaully the whole Riad is gorgeous. I cant say enough good things about this place, so much so, that my parents are going to go and stay. Families with children are very welcome, breakfast is delicious. We had dinner here on our last night, best meal we had all holiday. Food was AMAZING, and they even made chicken nuggets and chips for my daughter! Thank you for a great trip!

A wonderful Riad, authentic and exquisite Moroccan house. Full of beautiful architecture. Lovely staff who could not do enough for us, the dinner of Lamb Tagine was a wonderful taste of Morocco, really tasty. Thank you so much all of you, we definitely will visit again, can’t wait.

The hotel is beautiful, an oasis of calm in the centre of the Medina. But what made the visit extra special was the service we received from the staff team. They could not have done more for us. And the evening meal and breakfasts were delicious. The rooftop terrace is an excellent place to chill in the late afternoon after a busy day.

La chambre n’a rien à voir avec les photographies de la « Suite » que nous avons réservé via Booking (comme le démontrent les photos jointes). De surcroît la chambre donnait sur la « piscine », impossible d’ouvrir les fenêtres pour avoir un peu de lumière. En définitive, on nous a proposé une chambre encore pire que la précédente (après 1h d’attente). Nous avons dû batailler pour obtenir le remboursement (1h de plus) et avons dû trouver en urgence un autre endroit où dormir. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement.

I do not like giving poor reviews. However, as I often use this site for information and advice, I feel compelled to share our experience. Firstly, when we arrived they did not ask for our passports and the reference number given by Moroccan government for tourist. Then there was confusion on our room and we were given a room on the third floor- this room is very small and in summer, it is very hot. I asked to change rooms even before seeing this room, relaying I have mobility issues, as the flights of stairs particularly to the third floor are narrow and uneven. The caretaker flat out refused and said maybe we could change rooms tomorrow. I have to say after the very long walk to the Riad(later explanation)and the rude attitude of the staff, I was not having it. I called our operator and immediately started looking for a hotel nearby. It was when I did this that suddenly...we could change rooms. The room we were given was much nicer(and the one our driver thought that we had) and on the second floor. Nevertheless, the room did have some maintenance issues; the refrigerator was non functioning and the bathtub and plumbing needed repairs. Pros: Breakfast was always nice. Visually, the Riad is lovely. Cons: This hotel is located deep the Medina and about a 10-15 walk from the nearest parking area. Not only is it on a minor alley but tucked into a very dark, narrow and kind-of creepy(and smelly) alleyway with no light except at the very end. I will say if our driver hadn't walk us back to our Riad at night...we would NOT have comfortable walking alone. There are no locks on the doors only padlocks. The hot water taps get wickedly hot when using and are a burn hazard. Rude staff

Top verblijf gehad. Zo tevreden met deze plek, de gastheren zijn onwijs lief en helpen je met alles wat je nodig hebt. Ik kom hier zeker terug. Rustige omgeving, mooie schone kamers, lekker eten. Alles is top. Hartelijk dank aan de werkers in deze ryad die dit geweldig verblijf mogelijk hebben gemaakt. Hartelijke groeten uit Nederland!

Mi è piaciuto praticamente tutto! Il Riad è molto ben curato ed è in una posizione strategica (con alcuni dei migliori ristoranti della città a pochissimi minuti a piedi - Le Jardin, Atay Cafè). La stanza era pulita e spaziosa. La colazione abbondante e gustosa (il tè marocchino è un must, e quello di Riad Spice è uno dei più buoni bevuti durante la settimana a Marrakech). Il Riad dispone di una terrazza strategica e molto tranquilla. Mohamed ci ha fatto sentire a casa ed è stato infinitamente disponibile. Riad Spice consigliato senza ombra di dubbio!

Decided a last minute visit to Marrakech and found the Riad Spice in the heart of the medina. As this was my first visit to Morocco I wasn’t sure what to expect however organising a transfer with the Riad team was very easy and worth it - the team met us at the edge of the Medina and walked our bags and us into the Riad through the Medina. The Riad Spice was a short walk away and after walking through the hustle and bustle of the Medina an oasis awaited us at the Riad. Once we arrived we were greeted by an amazing and relaxing Riad with clean and beautiful rooms and a lovely cooling pool. Whilst the Riad is amazing and the pictures are accurate and don’t do it justice - the real gem here is the staff - they welcomed us with a lovely mint tea and went through the Riad and the Medina - the 5 minute crash course - was well worth it - but the service just continued to exceed expectations- the food is amazing and the staff are happy to organise anything and everything for you - we did an amazing cooking course at a sister Riad which was so much fun - selecting the dishes we wanted to cook then going to the market to collect the ingredients then back to the cool Riad to cook the afternoons away! By chance I happened to have my birthday during my stay - the staff had heard about this - and from setting up a very special birthday breakfast to baking a HUGE birthday cake in the afternoon - I honestly felt more like family than a guest. This is my first review and felt compelled to share the story - this place will exceed your expectations!
