It was good for the price. Great location in Gueliz, very close to the shopping centre etc and easy to get to the medina either via bus or walking. There was a bit of an inconsistency with breakfast. It’s bought over to you on a tray rather being a buffet. You’re not asked what you would like, it’s more of a get what you’re given sort of thing. Several times people I heard people being offered a pancake or given bread etc on other tables and I wasn’t. However, the pastries were really nice. I went to sit outside by the pool on one occasion while waiting for my airport transfer, there were a total of 3 sun loungers but lots of tables for people coming in to eat at restaurant. Some men came in and sat at the tables, ordered a drink and were smoking; it’s not a massive area so it’s all you could smell and breathe in. The pool area is mostly in the shade. The staff were very friendly and I was allowed to check in early. As a solo traveller was given a twin room rather than a double which was shown on the pictures when I booked as a ‘single’ room. It was fine though. The air-con works well, the beds are comfy and it was quiet. I LOVED Marrakech!

Great location, easily accessible by local buses and airport coach transfer, or a 1.5hr walk which in the warm weather isn’t too bad. Hotel is near shops, coffee houses and restaurants, with a large supermarket and shopping mall within 5-10mins walking distance. My room and shower room were both clean, ample in size and comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel is tasty and filling, they give a range of pastries, a slice of cake, chopped fruit, hot drinks, juices, and an omelette of your choice, which I didn’t realise til the final day :/ staff are friendly and helpful, and I would definitely stay here again :-)

離火車站和麥地那有點遠。 但周邊地區相當安全、乾淨。 飯店內設有餐廳。

工作人員非常細心。屋頂露台很漂亮，房間和酒店的其他部分也很漂亮。早餐很方便而且豐盛，有幾種選擇。我們推薦住在這家飯店，住在遠離麥地那的新城區真是太好了。

優越的地理位置，乾淨舒適的床，有陽台。 住得很愉快。

Tout d abord nous sommes arrivés dans cet Hôtel et nous avons étais accueilli par Maroua.Elle est de très bon conseil et en plus toujours souriante et bienfaisante. Toujours un petit mot attentionné. Merci à elle. Ensuite un grand merci à Chaima pareil elle met un rayon de soleil dans la salle de restaurant. Elle est toujours souriante. Je la plaint un peu car être derrière le pupitre debout à attendre la clientèle. Ont devrait lui mettre une belle chaise .Elle a toujours etait adorable avec nous. Merci aussi à tout les serveurs et cuisiniers grâce à eux le repas étais d une très grande qualité et très bon service. La chambre etait parfaite, Mais le double vitrage inexistant et la salle de bain très étroite avec une baignoire un peu haute. Le bidet ne sert pas à grand chose. Mais l hôtel est idéalement placé

DO NOT STAY HERE. We stayed in this hotel for the final end of our trip. I happend to wake up to the smell of smoke at 3am in the morning. on 11/19/2024. I opened the door of the hotel room on the 4th floor to a open space filled with thick smoke. No smoke alarms went off, no one knocked on our door. We grab a few items and made our way down 4 flights of stairs in thick smoke from an electrical fire. There was only two people working in the hotel at the time of the fire. My partner went in 3 times to retrieve others in our group. No one came out to apoligize to all the people in the street, no one offered us water, blankets or any help. The fire department was called. They came out and told us we could stay in the hotel. The whole hotel smelled of smoke and there was a think residue from the smoke and fire extinguisher. They told us there was no fire and that it was not a big deal. The owners lived in Chicago for 25 years. There were no working Smoke Alarms. I would never stay at this HOTEL Really terrible how they treated us.

房間還可以，但有點小，特別是廁所。 酒店佈局可愛，位置優越。 這家餐廳非常棒，食物品質一流，而且價格非常合理。 我們第一晚在飯店吃的飯，另外兩晚也吃得很好。 向餐廳裡的查明和所有酒吧工作人員大聲喊叫。 2 份開胃菜、2 份主菜、一瓶摩洛哥白酒（非常好）、幾瓶啤酒，價格不到 100 英鎊

The hotel is fine however the bathrooms need so much cleaning it's like they never clean the taps so there is plenty of scum on them also lots of marks and mold The male receptionist was OK but on the second day of stay he told us exchange rate was only 10 to 1 what a lie as everywhere else was 12.30 to 1 and we only realised this later in the days The food was ever good but if you half board then you get different menu but still good Breakfast was OK the same everyday but lovely waitress

Hotel Caspienne est bien située très propre , mais malheureusement ,il est difficile de dormir la nuit avec le bruit de la musique qui reste jusqu'à a 2h du matin.je crois que la rue ou l hotel se situe a des bars public ou la rue a une activité et beaucoup de bruit des gens dans la rue .

非常宜人的飯店，位置優越，可輕鬆前往馬拉喀什市中心，靠近著名的馬若雷勒花園。餐點品質很好，早餐很豐盛，工作人員很友善、樂於助人。房間很乾淨。游泳池相當小，但如果這不是您的首要任務，那麼它會給戶外用餐帶來迷人的感覺。簡短的 ！一個好地址！
