Das Personal ist sehr synaptisch und immer hilfreich. Die Lage ist mitte in der Altstadt. Sehr ruhig trotz des nahegelegenen Souk. Der Panoramablick auf der Dachterrasse von der ganzen Stadt war überrragend, besonders am Abend. Said ist der Star im Haus. :)

Wunderschönes und sehr ruhiges Riad über mehrere Häuser verteilt. Damit findet man immer wieder neue Innenhöfe (einer mit einem Pool der größer als die häufigen sehr kleinen Abtauchbecken ist), einige Hinterausgänge (über die man gerne zu Restaurants in der Umgebung geführt wird) und oben eine große zusammenhängende Terrasse. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ein sehr freundliches Team. Insgesamt also top. Warum dann keine ausgezeichnete Bewertung: zum einen war ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss sehr dunkel und ein wenig muffig zum anderen war der Zimmerpreis im Vergleich gefühlt zu teuer (im nächsten sehr schönen Riad haben wir die Hälfte gezahlt). Dazu passte dass der über das Riad organisierte deutsprachige Guide für die Stadtführung zwar super war aber auch mehr verlangt hat als wohl normal (160 EUR für 2 1/2 Stunden für 4 Personen)

Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this ugly hole. You will not be able to sleep for the rooms practically have no doors. You will not be able to shower for the hot water only lasts 2 minutes. You will find yourself in a shabby old place for the price of a decent hotel😳 People who work here are really nice but they cannot create a cake from rotten ingredients…

I enjoyed our stay just as much as I did on my last visit 25 years ago. I’m looking forward to my next holiday in Morocco already. Just as before, we were made to feel really welcome and we enjoyed the tranquil courtyards, breakfast on the roof and good food - plus all the trips and tours organised by the hotel.

I have been to a few Riads in Marrakesh and so far this one I like best. Great service (special mention Said and Mar1), a fabulous room (we stayed in the Ottoman suite which was amazing, supersized and beautifully decorated) and nice food as well. The place is stunning. Will come back.

One big scam!! Watch out I have had two times dinner with my friend who stayed in that hotel. After four days he had to pay €450 for 4 nights as agreed, BUT €900,- for two times dinner with only 3 friends. €80 for some salads for example. Complete RIP off. Owner offered a free lunch If he might come back. Never ever go there!!!

Six riads merged into one, with interlinking corridors and beautiful courtyards the Riyad as another reviewer stated "is an oasis of calm" especially as it is so close to the surrounding Medina and the legendary Djemaa El Fna. The staff are wonderful, nothing is to much trouble, they are happy to book tours and recommend restaurants, they even escort you to restaurants as it is easy to get lost in the labyrinth of alleyways that is old Marrakech. Rooms are spacious and the majority have living room spaces as well. We had dinner at the Riyad whilst there, it is a set menu but was really tasty as was the local wine, all in a wonderful setting. The pro's of Riyad El Cadi far outweigh the cons. However there are some cons, the spacious rooms are hard to heat in Winter and can get cold. Breakfast is served on the rooftop, lovely maybe in Spring & Autumn drinking in the views, but cold in Winter and you sit there eating a lovely breakfast in a heavy sweater and coat. If you arrive after 1pm, the taxi is not allowed into Djemma El Fna and drops you off, and you are met by the hotel porter and you have a 10 minute walk to the Riyad. Would we stay at Riyad El Cadi when we return to Marrakech the answer is yes!

The riad and the room were beautiful. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. And the food and coffee was excellent. My only negative was the location - its a trek down countless back-alleys and doesnt feel super safe walking alone at night, though it is well lit. Not something that can be changed - and they did send a porter to meet the vehicle and carry the bags - but something to be mindful of.
