This is a place that love holidays sends you for your holiday and think it's excitable and nothing is wrong and have refused a hotel refund stating that the hotel rooms are fine and safe to stay in I will now upload phots of the hotel and people can make there own choice if is suitable to stay or not. All photos took September 2023.

Worst accommodation iv ever had, no cleaning, dead cockroachs in food cupboards and black mould everywhere even on pillows. Complained with photos, to have a reply saying, they are happy with accommodation it is clean and will not be taking the complaint further.

Arrived 3rd of September 6am not even a good morning but can live with that 1 arrived at room 210 bedroom door had been kicked and had a big hole 2 mould above the window 3 mould All around the shower base and up the wall 4 behind the door plaster falling from the ceiling on to floor and hairdryer 5 patio door wouldn't lock Not much in the way of kitchen utensils ( you can't make toast) grease up the wall no light shades, sockets only 2 worked Was charged for air-con but not on for chargeable on live holiday page 6 Turkish night £20 per person nothing to do with turkey 7 charging a lot more for water, juice and alcohol than every place we went for food 8 cleaner never came in our room to empty bins or even sweep/mop bought our own towels as don't know when they were changed 9 patio furniture was old and dirty Pool table was a joke,and 2 books for a library Couldn't wait to get home Tried a few other hotels in the area but were full or we be a night or two before moving Meet someone great people that was the best part about the hotel

Absolutely the most discussing hotel room I've ever been in. So bad I had to leave and go book an alternative hotel. Complained to my holiday provider but this hotel told them lies. Even with the photo evidence they don't seem to care. Avoid at all costs.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Archie & Elvis go above and beyond for you, can ask them anything. Really welcoming bunch ❤️ rooms are clean & comfortable. Entertainment is fantastic. Food is great, I recommend staying for their Turkish night.

Did not stay here although spent most of my time here as had kids. The atmosphere was out of this world. The staff were absolutely amazing joining in and enjoying themselves as well. They had lots of entertainment and enthusiasm. Staff made you feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend even if just calling in for a drink. The pool is a great size. Also kids pool. Definitely cannot recommend this place enough. Even got lift back to my own miserable hotel as the wild boar had came down from the forest.Archie and Elvis you are both out of this world along with all the other staff.

I love this hotel. The staff are friendly and welcome you like family. If your stuck up ya own **** then this place ain’t for you. If you are friendly and family orientated then this is the place for you. Rooms are good staff are excellent. Archy and Ali are amazing and will go to the end of the earth to make you feel welcome. Pool is awesome food is epic and the EFES is cold. You want fun come to club sunset. If ya drink Pepsi and feel sexy you will have a blast trust me. My second year this can’t wait to be back next year.

A good cheap and cheerful option. It is old but improving yearly. As one project finishes another is began. Only Archie and Elvis to tend to customers. They fix any problems with good will. Individual cooking from the fast food menu. Good selection of choices. Both are good cooks. Food is fresh.

Absolutely disgusting poor service rooms was damp and mouldy the door was broken toilet seat was broken and the plug sockets when I reported this to the company that I booked with their contacted the hotel and their reply was that I was a liar and I just wanted to move hotels to be with a Turkish boyfriend absolutely disgusting

This is the worst place we have ever staying in our lives, lucky if you don't get something wrong with you. Dirty, extremely basic in need of renovation, suppose to be self catering but nothing to cook with even if you wanted to not that you would its so dirty. Damp throughout the apartment, charge room tax that doesn't even exist anymore. The owner is not approachable, he just drinks all day and night long. Without Hussain he would be lost aka Elvis.

Stayed here recently and I will never return. Rooms are very basic had to ask for a cooker. Owner is a complete waste of space unless your buying food and drinks in his place he doesn't even say hello to you. Also room wasn't cleaned for over a week bins , bedding and towels wasn't changed either. Got ripped off with his fake tourist tax that he made up £40 . Stay well clear of this place which is badly run trust me ...

took 20 mins to locate someone to try and check in, then to be told they have no reservation or any rooms and I've to find somewhere else to stay, spent over 2 hours sitting there on my own trying to get love Holidays to find me somewhere, which they still hadn't. then the hotel guy tells the holiday company that I'm a Turkish resident and I'm trying to get my Turkish boyfriend to stay with me. disgusted how i was treated and the lies they tell. it didn't look very clean and glad it's not where i ended up. to be a single traveller and woman it was scary. would not recommend this place to a dog never mind a person

very good holiday at this hotel great size pool rooms are ok staff are extremely polite and very helpful always went above to keep us happy. we stayed on ground floor pool view was very happy anything we needed in our rooms was instantley brought to us and cleaned every couple of days

If your looking for a dated, and i mean very dated apartment this is what you will get. My first apartment was appalling, fridge was full of rust, not fit for putting food in, shower filthy. Was moved the next day to not much better. Had only one plug socket that i could use as the only other one had wires coming out of the wall. Pool clean, breakfast okay. I had read reviews proir and thought it cant be that bad! It was. Yes it was a cheap holiday but there are much nicer places that are not expensive. I checked out after a week once i got into another apartment. No comparison. Personally id avoid this place!!
