Nice hotel, very convenient for the 02 arena. Quirky rooms, however, very hot and air conditioning wasn’t working. Fire escape light illuminated the whole room and turned it green. Pricey for the room size.

A very tiny room right above the outdoor seating area of the pub which despite shutting at 23pm had loud customers until 1am making sure for little sleep in the already uncomfortable bed. For the price paid I had much better expectations especially as I know the pub very well and it was my first time staying overnight since moving out of London. Not worth the price tag, the hotel should seriously consider re-looking at prices. The aircon did not work and each time flushing the toilet there was a smell.

Room was extremely comfortable, bed, bedding, pillows high quality. Nice coffee, tea, chocolate in the room. Much higher quality than expected. Very nice location and quiet. Friendly staff. All good. Excellent even.

Feel like ive been ripped of paid over £200 for the night for a small room and when looking back on website it was roughly £100 less, so i have been ripped off . Shower didn't drain properly also shower basket for putting shower gel in was hanging of the wall . DEFINITELY not worth the money i paid . If i didnt pay before i got there i would of walked out and go somewhere else

Fabulous place to stay, right next to the O2 with free car park and amazing breakfast. Will stay there again for sure. Wonderful

Room very small. Shower mould in corners and on Broken door runner. Very noisy at night. Breakfast very good. Food in evening disappointing. Location excellent. Overall price expensive even given location.

Great location for O2 events, friendly and clean, well kept room. Would definitely book again.

Stayed so I could attend a Lucinda Williams concert of the Indigo theatre at the O2. I am disabled due to multiple sclerosis but it was all good.

Love the pilot inn second time we have stayed there. quirky rooms we also had dinner as well and it was very nice .Breakfast also very good .

My daughter and I stayed here to go to a concert at the O2 Arena, it was about 5 min walk and lights all along. Check in easy and staff were lovely and helpful. Room was beautiful cosy and comfortable. Amenities of plenty. Breakfast was delicious and cooked to order along with continental items too . Just a delightful stay. Thank you The Pilot 😃

Location is great for gigs at the O2. Bed is a small double so not great if you’re both tall but comfortable. Air con works, nice layout. Bathroom needs updating, shower a bit mouldy and broken toilet brush. Overall would’ve been perfectly fine except checkout was at 11am and they started a 45min fire alarm test at 10.15am with no warning. We’d been having breakfast downstairs minutes before and nothing was said. We had to hurry to pack our bags and get out as quickly as possible as it was absolutely deafening in a small room. We had an apology on check out but the lack of forethought to let people know it was going on was ridiculous.

Pilot is full of character. It's close to O2 and Thames ferry station. Staff were very helpful. The site is close to lots of construction at the moment.

Great location and lovely Cabin Room with everything you need for a stay with first rate refreshments and bathroom products and a lovely comfy bed. Will definately return. 10/10

Great price, top staff with a great sense of humour and just an easy walk to the O2.
