We enjoyed our stay and the chocolate chip cookies never disappoint. Yummy …our hostess and servers were friendly, courteous and welcoming and I included a photo of the special gal that waited on us for the two morning breakfasts. Everything was great and will stay again.

Reserve un cuarto según yo no a nivel del piso me dieron uno donde estaba solo toda esa área, el baño tiene tina donde no se va el agua se llena aunque le quites el tapón, está viejo y no muy limpia, retrete muy antiguo. Pedí toallas 3 veces a la tercera fue la vencidas después de un día

Most awful experience, from the first nught they didnt have room we had paid for but moved us only after we complained following day. We asked to be moved as we had cockroaches in our room (of which we have video n pic evidence) . Room service only came reice in 10 days and thats because i chased it up and to top it all we got a bill for 440 dollars ontop of paying for hotel inc all taxes for state tax, county tax, city tax of every day we stayed , our room servicecwas 88.00 put they decided to add on misc of 5.00, beverages 9.00 we never had n to deliver to room 9.00. It was stressful for having to move twice n more so with the covkroaches where the receptionist said she would send an 'engineer' up , nobody arrived so resorted to pavking our cases at midnight n placing ourselves in reception drmanding to be moved. We are frequent travellers every dew months but this at a Hilton hotel, eorse exoerience of the last 7trs of travelling

Is really good quiet and the same time you can enjoy more to be outside around the pool because you can be until midnight in the pool that's really cool. They have a small bar inside and also Starbucks for the people that likes coffee and sweet stuff. I really recommended this place.

La habitación esta bien, el inconveniente es que el hotel esta muy grande, las habitaciones están lejos del lobby y el segundo piso no tiene elevador por lo que si tus maletas están pesadas o haces compras, vas a batallar.

LIKED LARGE ROOM LOOKING OUT TO POOL. ONLY NEGATIVE THE PROPERTY FEELS DATED, OTHER THAN THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND.

Very delightful hotel with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Lovely esthetics with hotel lined with lemon 🍋 trees that guests can partake in. Hotel was within walking distance of most attractions, eateries, mall. All within a 1.3 to 2 mile radius. Hotel was situated in a very upscale area and very safe. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here many times in the early 2000s. The property now needs a good power wash on the walkways as they’re dirty the elevators are cracked and have had minimal floor restored. Just really dated and needs some love. The staff was friendly and lovely. As usual, the coffee bar was understaffed. For seven hours that hasn’t changed. But I understand staffing situation‘s are unavoidable sometimes.

The stay was nice and the restaurant food was good. The only thing is the bed was uncomfortable and it was lumpy. But, other than that everything was great and the staff were a help.
