Travelodge by Wyndham Tucson AZ

Booked on trip.com and had instant confirmation. The motel is very old and in need of rehab. But it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The motel is on the low end of price, so you get what you pay for. It's ok for a late night stop while driving on Interstate 10 and you just want a place to sleep. The staff were very good about everything.

The room was in clean couldn’t stay won’t to cancel we walked out and checked out

The manager Christina was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. She charged my family the hotel rate when they extended their stay without explaining this to them- they don’t speak English. She said there was a language barrier and didn’t have to explain anything to the customer. We were rushed off the phone. Their room was only cleaned once after they went to the front office to ask for it to be cleaned! AND they knocked on the door at 8:30am to clean the room the next day! Oh, and they only gave them new towels. Didn’t make the bed or take the trash out. Awful experience. Manager needs to be taught management. Her job is to literally service the customer.

This place was disgusting. Filthy, smelly rooms that very clearly were not cleaned. My room smelled like onions and body odor, there was wads of toilet paper in the toilet that hadn’t been cleaned and the tub was so gross i refused to get in it to shower. The bed sheets had hair on them and just didn’t feel clean. The microwave was dirty, the AC/heating until was loud. My son and daughter in laws room smelled like cigarette smoke and it was obvious it hadn’t been cleaned, just like my room. We stayed one night because by the time we had arrived it was so late and we were exhausted from traveling. Thankfully, Orbitz refunded me for the room I booked through them. And Christina, the manager refunded me for the unused nights of the trip on the room I booked separately. She said she was doing her best to update the hotel etc, but honestly the only thing that would fix that place is a can of gas and a match.

This property is pretty bad they still can get it together.. I checked out a room the other day and still no talented the bathroom.. and also you know my chain that is still missing that they stole there at that place I am very upset at that that they're not honest in that place..

Had to change room 3 times for different issues. Dirty rooms. Non Smoking rooms smelled like smoke. Smoke detectors hanging from ceiling, bath tub back up. Carpets with stains and cigarette burns. Electrical sockets hanging out from wall. Toilets looked like they haven't been scrubbed in months. I have pictures!! This was the best room We were only allowed 3 towels and wash clothes per day. Who does that? No refunds. Wyndham and ******* should be ashamed to even list this property. Fire Marshall needs to investigate this property. I feel it is very unsafe

The staff very dissatisfied not even a smile or friendly, on top of that the rooms were filthy the couch the had there very filthy, the toilet very loose in the bottom, the tub was horrible had to use sandals to shower, never again I’ll stay there

When we checked in they had us set up with a single queen not the 2 but when I showed the front desk they fixed it right away. It was a good experience.

Super friendly! Basically clean. Our bed seemed broken on one side. Bathroom sink needed a good scrub. Convenient to Denny’s and the interstate.
